I'm about to start my first Reboot. This is my first veggie based jucing fast (as i normally use mostly fruits.)
Anyways, I'm a bit nervious to start only because I have a very physically demanding job. I've been hearing how much your energy seems to drop until about day 4 or 5.
I'm worried that I'll not have the energy to do my job. I was going to try a 5-day Reboot if possible. I can't take any time off of work until summer, and I don't want to wait that long to jumpstart my new lifestyle. I'm already eating lots of fruits and veggies since I've given up animal products. But I'm ready to take it to the next level.
I was thinking of starting my Reboot on my Friday...that way by the time I go back to work, It'll be day 4 and hopefully over that stage of feeling like crap because I can't afford to fall behind in my work and risk being written up for my drop in productivity.
Is rebooting not for me? Should I wait till summer when I can take some time off work?
