    I ask Rachel how to go about carrying on juicing and she sent me this ...

    Hi Sharon, Congrats on wanting to continue to juice! Just so you know, it's not something that we recommend as the longer you juice, the more deficient in other nutrients your body becomes. Be sure to get your blood work done at the end of this Reboot to ensure that all is well for you to continue! Joe juices for 60 days, but he had a doctor with him 24/7.

    To ensure you are getting most of the nutrients you need, here is a list of supplement I recommend that you start taking:

    Although Joe completed a 60 day Reboot, we do not recommend to our members that they juice for 60 days. When Joe did his, he had close medical supervision to ensure that his body could handle the juicing for that long.

    If you do decide to continue juicing, we highly recommend that you visit with your doctor and get the appropriate blood work done to ensure your health is good before continuing.

    Here are the supplements I recommend that you include:

    1. Vitamin D3

    2. B-Complex

    3. Omega-3 fatty acids (about 1.5 to 2 grams EPA + DHA per day)

    4. Continue with 15-17 grams vegan protein powder every day

    5. Continue with 1 teaspoon olive oil per day

    6. If you start to feel fatigued, you may need to take an iron supplement. Ferrous sulfate works well. (Note that it may cause constipation in some people)

    ...So - Andy I have agreed on juicing for the next ten days (as I have slipped this last week) then after that 2/3 juices a day and a balanced meal for either lunch or dinner. So grilled chicken or salmon and a massive side of greens.

    I think this will be easier for me too. Hope this helps ya. Oh and I'm going to try and journal every day and log my food. Need to shift this weight by the end of this year!!

    But if you have been good re juicing you may need some of the above supplements so it's worth asking Rachel's advise. Either way there are a few of us staying on this forum :)
