  • About: I am 40 years young, Wife and son 10 years old but he thinks he is 19, LOL... On my fathers side of the family angina is an issue. My father took his first massive heart attack at 47 years old and over the years has had several open heart surgeries ( 2 bypass and 7 stents ). I am Canadian, love to travel, music and family.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: It is time for a change and I really beleive food is the source of fixing ourselves mentally and physically. I want to try a reboot and will need help and motivation so that is why I joined.
  • Favorite Juice? citrus fruits
  • Food temptation? Salty/greasy foods.
