How are you doing today? This is day 5 for me. I've been really sick with the flu. Some of my family think I was crazy to go ahead and start juicing with me being sick. But, I already felt bad. So, why not? Lol! My enery is still way down But, I'm getting there I'm joining our local Y next week to start swimming again. I haven't worked out in 2 years I have 100 pounds to loose

thanks deevirgo, I've lost 3 pounds so far. It would be more if I would only juice and not give into eating.

Still haven't had a full day of only jucing. Don't know what's going on. It's like I can't win the battle to put food in my mouth at least once a day. Ok, tomorrow maybe I will have a full day, it's already too late today, I ate a bagel this morning after drinking juice, wasn't even hungry just did it. : (

This is the morning of day 4 and I am already down 3.8 pounds. I know that I said I wouldn't weigh myself for another 8 days but this is another habit of mine that I really need to break. Seeing that I am on the right track might help me not be so obsessive about steping on the scale.

Today is day 3 for me, I woke up earlier then I have in a long time, and I felt good. I felt awake. Normally I wake up late and want to go back to bed before even leaving my bed. I know it was from my weight, and feelings of sadness not wanting to face the day. This morning was different, I feel like I have hope.

Drinking my mean green juice as I type this. I've been juicing for my kids, my youngest is almost three and he has no idea that he is drinking Kale and Spinach, if he did he would try to banish me LOL... This might sound weird but I feel like a better mom for juicing for my kids.
