Hi Project 2014. I can so relate to your situation . Over the years my weight has gone up and down and up again by as much as 60 lbs. I am starting a 30 day reboot on July 7th so I'm getting ready to make a one way journey to better health. How have you been doing over the last couple of weeks? Hang in there.

Starting my 15 day tomorrow. If all goes well at the doc after 15 days, I think I'll go 30.

I have information on my profile description but briefly I watched Joes documentary 11 months ago and through juicing EVERYDAY and experimenting with low fat raw food for maintenance. I have kept the weight off, and if you continue this will be a life changing experience... This has also lead me to study as a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach.

I would like to lose a little more, another 8 to 10 kilos before my 46th birthday in August. So far lost 45 pounds or 23 kilos and full of energy and life. For those just starting push through the difficult days, it's worth it!!! Would love to connect with you , support you on your journey and what we experience together so feel free to say H E L L O from where ever you are.

Hello everyone I am constantly on and off but I am making the daily choice of ensuring that I do make good choices and not beat myself up for the bad ones. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hello All. I am new to this group. I have made the decision to complete a 90 day juice fast. Doing 3x30 day reboots at a time. After this I plan to follow a plant base diet and make juicing apart of my daily lifestyle. I will start my first 30 day reboot on the 8th of April 2014. I myself have tried many times before but have fallen back to my old habits. However I have said enough is enough and I am looking forward now. I too just want to start living now and I am determined to make this happen. However I feel I need abit of support and encouragement hence my reason for joinging this group. I will share with you my experiences along this journey and will encourage you all. We can do this !!! Goodluck everyone!

Hi. I was the same. I have triedon my own a few times. 14 Days being the longest and each time I have fallen back to my old eating habits, when whilst on holiday or attending birthdays dinner and parties. So I have joined this group for the same reason. I need support and encouragement too. You can do this!! At first you experience these awful sysptoms. But the longer you keep with the reboot. These symptoms go away. I remember when I did it before from day 10, I started to have more energy and I actually started to see clearer. Also my skin started to clear. However I should have continued. This time round I am not going to give up and will continue to make this apart of my lifestyle. You can do this!!

I'm new here. Just ordered my new Breville juicer from Amazon. Can't wait to get started! I plan on doing the 30-day program but want to learn more about what juices to make to fulfil my daily requirement of vitamins, etc. I will be getting regular check-ups like Joe had to be safe. I downloaded the PDF of his daily program but don't know what "Orange, Red, Green & Purple" mean exactly. Can someone please explain?

    Hey everyone,

I'm new to the group and just started juicing today. My husband and I wanted to become healthier individuals, and decided this would be a great kickstart. This is our first day of 30, and we've decided to only juice. It's going to take me a bit getting used to no food. I love food. But I also really want to love my body and how I feel. So my biggest problem so far is that I don't like the juice! It tastes so bad, and it has already started to discourage me and make me upset. I really, really want to do this and was very excited to start, but now I'm not so sure. I hope I'm not the only one that doesn't agree with the tastes. Is there something I can do to stay on my juicing only diet, but enjoy it a bit more? Does the juice begin to taste better after the first few days? Also we are trying to stick to Joe's juice recipes and the 80% veggies 20% fruits ratio. I am really needing some support and guidance with this thing! Also I'm glad to become a part of this group! Thanks in advance!

    Hi Vickie,

when i see the Diet Chef on my tv and the lady munching on a packet of crisps and saying that she can lose up to 8 lbs in a month..i giggle at this as i know that one on the Mean Green juice can lose 8 lbs and more in one week...the power of this Juice is something after drinking a glass on mean green earlier i have done an 8 km walk and instead of slowing down near the end i arrived at my door like a Racehorse ....stay with it Vickie and it will work for you i know it, and if you have set your heart and focused your mind on a 60 day then you can put a deposit on a small Bikini for this summer and by golly you will have earned it !!!

well done Wanted, 60 days is a big undertaking you are a brave girl to try it , i done a 30 day reboot back in november and lost 20 lbs only i hurt my knee while walking i may have done lost a bit more , why not just try a 30 day for now and see how you get on with that !!! you did not mention how much you wish to lose , maybe you would lose your chosen amount in 30 days..i eat nothing, drank only mean green, water lots of it, and walked up to 10km each day and in 7 days i had lost 24 lbs , meaning if you really sweat it out and flush your body out with lots of water..then i am sure what you can achieve in 60 days you can surely do in a lot less !! i am on day 2 of my 3rd reboot , already dropped from 19st to 16st long before i had expected to do...42 pounds behind me , only 28 more to go to reach my target !! but i am doing it for healthy and not to look like something that fell out of a nest..lol..if i look good at 15st instead of 14st then i will stop it there, eat healthy and a glass of mean green at 18;00 and a walk afterwards and i should stay in shape ...i am available most times if you need some encouragement Wanted!! Juice on, Ray
