My sense of smell is ridiculous. I don't mind it for all the food I pass by, but all this perfume and cologne is killing me.

Wow, I remember someone mentioned this earlier. I had the dream where I ended my juice fast by running around eating everything. Day 21, down 25.79 lbs.

day 23. Feeling pretty good. My husband started juicing with me so now I feel like I'm running out of produce all the time! I like to make all my juices first thing in the morning and put them in the fridge. I'm starting to think about how long to continue my fast. How have you all decided when it was time to transition back into food?

I'm thinking that I'm gonna call it quits after 30 days. How about you?

I love watermelon juice. I had mine for breakfast also today but I added a little pineapple to mine.

I'm on day 12 and struggling. I love the juices I drink. It's just my energy is really low. I was drinking four to six cups of 8 oz. of juice a day. I've increased that to 12 oz. However, I'm full at 8 to 12 oz. Any suggestions? I'm very motivated. Just tired...

I had a similar experience about the same time too. When everyone else was getting their bouts of strong energy at day 10 I was needing to sleep a lot. Getting new juice recipes helped me have variety and keep going and also, joe says that he looks at overweight people as people who are carrying lots of energy around with them, that mindset really helps me then and now to see myself as loaded with energy to be burned and during those low moments I'm tapping into my energy reserves. you can make it through the hump! don't give up :)

I was very discouraged after DAY ONE! Does that happen to anyone else? I couldn't find any juice that I enjoyed or could even tolerate. Last night I went to the store and got some new vegetables to try. This morning I got on the scale and I am down 6 pounds...so that was motivation right there. I subbed spinach in place of Kale (yuck) and cucumbers in place of celery and it is much more tolerable.

it'll get better I promise! When I started I hated everything but now I love it. I like baby kale, not as bitter, use a little with pineapple spinach and add a touch of line if you want. It's yummy:)

Well I just finished my 15 day reboot. I lost about 10 lbs. Thought I would lose a bit more but thats ok cause weight loss was not my #1 goal. I wanted to get rid of all the toxins in my body and return to a healthy state and I believe I have done that. No more soda or fast food for me. I will slowly transition to solid food over the next several days. I will always have at least one or two juices everyday. Thanks for all your support.

For you guys just starting. You can do it. If this red meat and fast food junkie can do it anybody can.

I feel the same as you. I'm on day 24 and I've lost 14 pounds but like you I feel happy to be on this path!
