hi guys and thanks to MissMellieMels for joining in :-)

I weighed in yesterday... not funny but necessary... 163,5 kg/360,5 lbs... but I'm working on it

activities: none so far I'm afraid, but I'm starting aquagym class on saturday and i think it's gonna be fun... I've always enjoyed swimming and being in the water because the water always feels cozy and comfortable :-) I probably should go swimming more often...

I'm not sure about just juicing yet, so I decided to have fruit salad for breakfast, green juice for lunch and veggie salad for dinner and to just see how I'm doing with that...

What do you guys think about an occasional "cheat day"? one day every week or every other week when you can eat what you want and not feel guilty about it? Of course it shouldn't be about stuffing junk food into your mouth but more about staying motivated for the rest of the time when you're allowing yourself a break for any food you really love...

    hope to hear from you!!

    Cheers...

Hi folks! How's everyone doing?! I'm back to update you. I wish I had good news but unfortunately, I was not able to complete my VERY ambitious plan of juicing for 100 days that I posted about here in this group about 6 months ago. Not only that - I fell off my juicing and exercise regimen completely. So frustrating! I'm sure some of you know this feeling. But rather than bore you with the story of what happened, I just want to say that I'm ready to try again!!

As Big Chuy says --- !!! NO MORE!!!

Just think - if we get started with a Reboot NOW - we'll feel SO MUCH BETTER by Memorial Day!

My plan is to take my juicing goals in smaller increments. I'm going to start with JUST (5) days. And then I'll try to work my way up to 30 days... and go from there.

I like stevie_dee's idea about reporting to each other about our Reboots at least every other day - about weight, eating & activities. I agree with stevie_dee that we can help ourselves by helping each other!

    Today - APRIL 19, 2016 - is my DAY # 1

Folks -- NEVER GIVE UP! We can PICK UP and START AGAIN!!

I'll share my #s/stats in my next post!

Hope to see posts from you all soon!

    Best, Melanie

hi there. that sounds pretty desperate... i know exactly how you feel... i fell off myself... went back to my old eating habits, stuffing junk food into my mouth without really thinking about it and now i'm paying for it because my heels and feet hurt almost all of the time so i can't even excercise properly... and i'm so sick and tired of it...

what do you think of starting new reboots and report to each other at least every other day about weight, eating and activities? maybe we can help ourselves by helping each other :-)

    Cheers...

I began. Jan 1 at 212. Today Jan 3, I'm 205.6. It's going well; if I'm dizzy in morning, I need fluids. If my stomach growls a bit at night, it passes. I have energy and feel excited. Anyone from Illinois? I try to be a vegan, but I get tripped up by salt, fat and sugar.

Hello Rebooters! I'm currently doing a 30-Day Reboot that's scheduled to end this week (Oct. 9, 2015) I've decide to EXTEND this Reboot to 100 days of juicing that will end Dec. 30th! I don't take any prescription medication for anything, but I've got more than 100+ lbs to lose.

Just like Big Guy Chuy says - NO MORE! I've GOT to do something!

So, I'm on Day 14/100. Yikes. I'd like to know if anyone here has done a SUPER Extended Reboot of 100 days or more? Got any advice for me? Any tips are much appreciated!

Hi! My name is Mandi. I really don't want to admit my #.... I've had to start taking a medication for a mood stabilizer to help me with bpd and PTSD... I separated from my now ex husband nearly 4 years ago. I had hit 300 lbs before the end. Afterwards though I went on a "liquid diet"... And not the good kind. Back then I was on so many meds, I was never in my right mind that I ended up having a bad situation that led me to take ALL my meds and flush them. $300 worth! That was my !!NO MORE!! Moment. Now I'm back on meds again, a little scared, a little paranoid, and a bit more sceptical... Sadly I had put on 67 lbs in the past year from meds.. Which put me back at 264 which was only 2 months ago.. I couldn't get my body to move. I hurt and was tired. Fibromyalgia. ARREGGGGH! ???? I swore I would never be 300 4 years ago today. I'm swearing I will never be 200 lbs again...

    My number : 244

DAY: 2nd 3rd day (made an oops on last Sunday)

    Final weight goal: 130 lbs.

    Past height: 5'7

Current height: 5'5 ( due to poor posture due to pain)

    Current meds: Lamitorgine, Doxe-pin, Gabapentin

    HEEEEELLLPP!!!!

Hope everyone is doing well. I hit my 60th day Last Saturday. The week before. Never felt better! I am now on a vegan plant based eating lifestyle PLUS still juicing 3 times a day. SO I am still not eating much but when I do it is raw only or vegan. I am only having one meal a day. Which most days I still don't consume a meal, mostly juicing. My weight has stayed down. No more puffy face! I am healthy & SOO much smaller! Hope you guys are staying strong to change your life! WOrth EVERY SECOND!

This is day 1 of my reboot. Going good so far but super hard. Im starving. I am 145lbs and im only 5ft 2in. I am not happy at my reflection in the mirror. No more. I will lose 25lbs and look forward to look in the mirror. If I dont take control of my health and life now, my weight will continue to go up and out of control.
