Hi everyone! Today is day 6 of my first reboot. I bought a juicer a little over a week ago after watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. Prior to starting my reboot I spent 5 days having a juice for lunch from a juice bar around the corner from work. I'm feeling great! Still trying to get into a rhythm as far as now over-buying fruits and veggies, and figuring out what I like and what I don't like. So excited to have this website and support!

Hi everybody, I am Rafael, from Spain, and I am very new to juicing. I am starting a 60 day reboot in a week and I need some help with getting organized. Just looking for some info from those with more experience... I don't have any info about which juices, when, how many, planning and so...Where can I get all that stuff? Is there any book or anything? Thank you very much for your support. Best regards from Spain!

I am sure someone has asked this before, is it normal for the juice to seperate when it sits overnight? Or am I messing something up?

I find that my juice separates if it's in a glass, sitting on my desk and I am drinking it too slowly. :) If I put some on the fridge, I put in a lidded mason jar and shake up before I drink it.

Greetings All, very new to juicing but bought myself a Breville for my birthday in October. I could use some assistance with getting organized. Just looking for some tips from those with more experience. I plan on starting a 30 day reboot on December 1st. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. My name is Ruth.

Hello to all!! My husband and I started our 10 day juice today. We are confused on the serving size and how much juice you should drink. Today I had 8 oz for breakfast, 8 oz for lunch, and 8 oz for mid afternoon snack and then 8 oz for dinner. The book and recipes are not saying the same thing. So can someone tell me if you are to drink 16 oz with each juice? I had my morning juice and then mid morning I was feeling hungry.

so how's everyone doing? Did you survive Halloween? - I survived, but at entirely too much sugar...ugh - now I'm trying to get back on board with juicing and detoxing. Also, by the day 4 of juicing i had a massive headache - i get migraines anyway, but this one was relentless! After 4 days and a trip to urgent care, the headache finally submitted - kind of makes me a little nervous about juicing again...
