    Hi Winnie I have bought my slow juicer today and are reading Joe Cross' book to get some inspiration. Already made a carrot and orange juice and loved it :)....but I'm not starting my official reboot until 10 th. of May. Frist week I'll try to cut down on meat, coffee and dairy products You have been juicing for almost 1 week already. Lucky you "! How has it gone? Still hungry ? Or are the cravings gone?
