Hello I'm starting my first ever Reboot today July 17 2017 and planning to do it for 30 days. I'm nervous and exited! At the same time! Specially nervous for the first 4 days! Everyone except for 1 friend that's done it thinks I'm crazy for not eating but I Know I can do this. I'm doing it for Weight Loss and Health.

I'm on day 4 of a reboot. Not sure how long I will go. I use my intuition to guide me, however will do at least 2 weeks. I did 41 days in April and part of May of this year. Following that I went back to a plant based lifestyle. I gained 7 of my 25 lb. loss back since i finished. Now to get back at it, loose the 7 and another 10. Am hoping day 5 the hunger continues to diminish.

Is anybody still here? I am on Day 7 of a reboot. I would love to be in a group with people who are also juicing right now. Many groups are people who have juiced in the past and are maintaining.

Starting tomorrow too! Hoping to start with 15 days and hopefully extend to 30 days. Have about 50 lbs. to lose, but more am interested in being healthier to decrease my Hashimotos and Vitiligo symptoms. I'm nervous about being able to stick with it, but am SO EXCITED about the prospect of it being JUST what I need. It all started out with somehow getting a FREE Breville juicer from Amazon - that has to be a good omen, right? Would love the support!

Day 1 tomorrow for me. I have 90+ lbs. I need to lose. I have been drinking a couple juices a day transistioning to this starting point. I intend to juice, but will allow myself smoothies and veggies in a raw state as well to deal with my need to crunch. I need a place to check in and to be inspired. Thanks for being here.

I'm officially on day 8. I live in Italy, so I'll be behind (or ahead) timezones with this group. I don't know how long I plan on going. I am going as long as I can, hopefully. Originally, it was 3 days. Then five. Seven. Now, I'm thinking at least a month. Wondering what you guys do to keep your mind off chewing? This is my very first post, BTW. New to the website. Hello. My name is Lisa. I always thought I was healthy, and thought I looked healthy. But I saw myself in a photo a few years ago, and realized, NOPE! So I've been doing what I can here and there...tracking calories, extreme workouts, fad diets...now, I want to start fresh. what better way to go?!

I've successfully done 2 juice fasts, one for 30 days in 2015 and one for 20 days earlier this year. Always makes me feel great, start good healthy habits, and I lose almost a lb a day. Unfortunately I've gained a lot of weight this year so am looking to start a 30 to 60 day juice fast tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Thanks Marzena, I'm now finishing day 10 (I think I had my days mixed up when I posted day 6, I was on day 7). I'm now at 7.5 pounds weight loss - and am nearly half way to my target. How are you doing on your re-boot?
