I'm starting on Wednesday, September 26th. I would LOVE to do a full 60 day fast! I've only done shorter ones in the past, but this time I really want to go longer.

Go for it, Erica! You can do it! Should be so helpful to go into it with the experience of not only juicing before but also having done some fasting.

Ya'll be sure and check out some of the active groups where you don't have to be in sync with anyone, just join in and tell us how you're doing, make some friends! So helpful!

I started my reboot on September 2nd. I have lost 5 lbs. in five days already. I planned on doing it for 30 days, but I am 340 pounds and I want to lost 150 pounds overall, so I am going big for the 60 day reboot. It is going very well so far. I feel great, actually like the taste of the juices, and have not struggled with cravings yet.

I am drinking 64 oz. of vegetable/ fruit juice a day and supplementing that with two baked chicken breasts and a granola bar if I absolutely need a snack. With that I have not had any bad hunger pains.

Hi - When do the hunger pangs go away?! I need to lose 80 pounds. Consulted with my doctor on a 60 day reboot and got the go ahead. Im on day 25 and been following the 30 Day Classic reboot. The hunger pangs the first night were almost unbearable, I have never felt that hungry in my life and couldn't sleep. Then they went away but now they are back the last 7 days. I am irritable, lethargic and feel starving almost constantly. I lost 20 pounds the first 2 weeks and the last week only lost 1 pound. Then gained 2, then lost 1. I do have hypothyroidism but am on medication. Am I doing something wrong? I'm following the plan and increased my juices from 5 (in the plan) to 6 a day. I feel like I have to increase it to stave off the hunger pangs but its not really working and now Ive seriously slowed losing the weight. I also do the elliptical at 30-60 minutes a day because I'm sedentary when working. I'm losing confidence. Any suggestions?

Just started yesterday! Goal of at least 30 days, but definitely shooting for 60 days. I have a weight loss goal of 80lbs, plus I must reduce my cholesterol

Welcome Suzzeq, we can do this! Feel free to join us in the Happy Juicing 2018 :) group. It is such a supportive community, I love it! You and I have very good goals and we can do this. The first few days were the hardest for me, but it's been very smooth sailing since then. I managed to lose 13 pounds in 6 days and I feel better than ever. It's so nice that my clothes are now starting to fit a lot looser on me. In under a week! We can do this!
