Hello guys! I am so excited to be here. This is my Day 0, or maybe negative 2 or 3. :) I feel so motivated and inspired to start a juice fast, and I want to do it right, and prepare for a few days beforehand, rather than rush in. Do you guys think it's important to set in advance how long one will juice for? I feel so inspired but also intimidated by the posts I see with people managing 60 day programs. For people who have done this, would you recommend starting with a smaller goal, like 5 or 10 day juicing, and then deciding to increase the goal or to take a break and start a longer juice fast?

Hi Group, I'm on Day 23 and have lost 14 lbs. When I started juicing I also switched to a plant-based diet, gave up coffee, alcohol, sugar, and wheat (for now). I have so much more energy, I sleep better, my digestion is better, and I love my twice-a-day juicing. No cravings which I find very odd. Not even chocolate. This is all positive stuff but I have no support group at all. The people around me don't understand why I don't want a drink anymore. They ask me if I'll ever eat meat or dairy again. I find this bizarre as I don't push my diet on anyone. Why should anyone care if I am trying to do the right thing for myself? That is why I'm here. I know I'm not the only one in this position. My problem is not being tempted to go back to my old bad habits. My problem is I have no one to share these exciting changes with! So here I am.

I'm in the middle of my second day. I've tried several times but didn't get past day #3... I thought group support might help. I'm in a wheelchair after ten years of knee surgeries, but losing weight (I'm around 360) would help me get back to walking again.

Hi! I'm looking for a group of people who will keep me accountable! I've done juicing for a week before, but my goal is to stick with this until I hit my goal weight.

Watched Fat Sick and Nearly Dead 2 yesterday and now feel motivated to do a 3 day reboot. Just had a bbq pork salad roll with multi-grain bread... so reboot starts now 1pm Monday 6th February.

Motivation - see what it is like. See if it lowers blood pressure - would 3 days do anything? See if I feel more alert and active.

I'm on day two of my first juice reboot!! Are the Naked brand juices any good for on the run? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Apparently it is not all natural ingredients... and is a subsidiary of PepsiCo.
