Went to a birthday party surrounded by pizza, salad, cake but ate some pistachios, some grape tomatoes and one stick of crazy bread. Not too shabby! No weight loss yesterday, probably none today I would think because of that but overall, I did okay for not being around my juicer for a few hours.

All I can say is stick with it for as long as you physically can. I've already gone many more days than my original 3-5 day reboot goal. Just completed 14 days and hoping to do the long stretch. Find myself taking more snippets of food though each day not gonna lie. (my husband isn't juicing so up to me to make his meals. Lots of chicken and potatoes and some carved turkey meat for sandwiches. The turkey meat has been my criptonite lately.

Oy. Sick of not having meals. So far to go to lose weight it seems ridiculous..day 10 done and just getting burned out with it all.

Yesterday morning I had morning glory juice, in the afternoon I had a huge craving for solid food so I made black eyed beans for Lunch & carrot and watermelon juice for dinner. 2.2lbs lost this morning.

So far this month I have lost 13 lbs

.I woke up this morning looking forward to some weight loss and absolutely none. I only lost .4 lbs the day before and now I'm at a loss. Today I'm trying some different recipes but am still going to do the green machine 2x a day. I've been doing an orange blend in the morning, coconut water mid morning, green machine for the lunch, a yellow blend for afternoon snack and green machine for dinner with lemon ginger tea morning and afternoon plus the required water intake. To me, this doesn't seem like it should cause me to stop losing weight but what are your thoughts? I even did mild cardio and weights at the gym in the morning and added chia seeds to my morning breakfast juice for some added protein fiber and minerals.
