On day 7 and officially down 10.4 lbs!!!!!! Now I am at 195.6 and need to lose about 50 more lbs until I reach my goal. One week down, many more to go!! It has really gotten a lot easier as the days go by. My cravings have pretty much diminished, and my energy levels are much higher than they were. I'm so excited to finally be losing my baby weight!!!!

Seeing that you lost 10.4 pounds is now giving me my second wind to keep plugging away and go get more water to make it the rest of the day. thanks for the post.

I had two juices today on my first travel day and ate on plan until I hit a snag at dinner. I'm sure I will pay for it shortly. Tomorrow is another day and I intend to be more careful.

You are a group of wonderful people.

2 juices is more than most people ever get! We'll done for keeping going on the road!

Try not to beat yourself up - we all come up with times when it is impossible. Valentines coming up - possible that dinner could be sprung and chocolates offered, and on Saturday night we have a dinner we organised late last year. Plan on juice all day and then go small at dinner (and get to the veges first!)

At least your doing a juice instead of a coffee or something worse Jan...... You inspire us :)

No juices available on site here, but today I've done well with decaf tea, oatmeal, salad for lunch etc. Sitting all day instead of my normal activity.

Thanks for the support Nlpisobel, Hallea & kimmie!

Kind of fun to look at the figures of loss. I can write this as having lost 30% of the weight I need to lose. That sounds amazing.

Now at 3 kilo (6.9 pounds) loss. Very happy with that. Need to find my tape measure - am sure that a few clothes are fitting differently. Might be time to start to clear the wardrobe of some of the bigger items and leave space for shopping splurge.

My partner surprised me last night with a suggestion that we head interstate at the end of April. So there is the goal to rid myself the rest of this weight before I board the plane. 7 more kilos by April 19th (or thereabouts).

I also set little goals - every kilo off gets a treat (not food). Does anyone else do this - rewards for weight loss / health improvement?

I put away money every so often when I lose weight, so when I reach my goal, I'll have money to go out and buy myself something nice. I also just treated myself to a movie for doing so well. Awesome job on the weight loss!!

I'm on Day 8 of my reboot - juice only. I've lost 12 lbs!!! Super excited! Feeling hungry but not too miserable. Funny, but this seems easier to me then being on a diet and having to limit the food I eat. Almost like a heroin addict that can only have a tiny bit of drugs per day. If I can't have it all then I'm ok with done of it. Weird. I'm a bit concerned about going away for the weekend with my boyfriend this coming weekend. Our trips are usually revolving around great places to find and eat at so we will have to be a little more creative with this trip. He didn't agree with this whole idea of juice only, he didn't think it was healthy but now that he sees I have a ton more energy I think he is understanding it a little more. He's in perfect condition and doesn't know what it's like to worry about weight so it's very hard for him to understand what I'm going through.

12 pounds, that is amazing and CONGRATULATIONS :0)

My boyfriend, while he understands and tries to be supportive, he likes to eat as well. Last weekend I really struggled as he felt the need to eat all weekend and make all my favorite things - he even made cup cakes!

But I found that as long as I remembered why I was doing it and what my end result was going to be I was able to stay strong. Maybe take a visualization or goal book with you. I have a goal book with just a page that has my short term and long term goals on it along with some pictures that help me really feel positive about the fast. I look at it every morning and every night and just take a few minutes to visualize how great I will feel at the end. I think it really helps keep me focused even with life (and my boyfriend) living normally around me.

Hey February Rebooters ...... I'm back and in the saddle :) I had the flu and that altered my re-boot. But as I mentioned weeks ago, I'm starting my 60 day cleanse starting the 13th. I'm catching back up with you all and WOW WOW WOW on the progress from those who were here a few weeks ago :0)...... Congrats!!!!! I'm still down 3 pounds and waiting for the re-boot to get me to my goal weight ( or close to it anyways ).... I know JAN started this group, but let's keep going and show her how great we all are doing !!!!! Please share any helpful hints that you have found to help you with your day to day juicing !!!!! WE NEED A TEAM NAME I THINK ;)
