I had to get off the scale after I got on it and take a pic. Started 223.2...... Weight this morning 217.2..... I am getting this done..... I want my numbers to eventually get 143.2. The weight my daughter had when enlisting into the Military last month. She is my goal and my strength right now. I LOVE having YOU all here too as reading your posts help me gt through the tough spots and challenging times !

Congratulations Kimmie! That's wonderful. What day are you on? I started at 223 as well! As of last Monday I was down to 215. Tomorrow is my next weigh in, and I'm on day 10 today.

I figure if I post on enough of the group walls i will motivate myself to get past day 2. I have done a 45 day green smoothie and juice fast a few years ago so I know I can get through a 15 day juice fast but up until today I have been struggling and gaining weight for last month with numerous false starts. I am trying not to beat myself up but it is hard. I think the best way to get some self confidence back and get control is to do just do this! So since this group is all about support I am so in! ;)

You can do this. I know it's hard, and we all struggle from time to time. I just keep telling myself that it will be warm weather soon, and I won't be able to hide under my big sweaters!! I'm rooting for you!! :)

Hello everyone, day 13 I'm down 11 pounds - happy with the results. At the moment I'm a size 12/163 pounds. A size 8 would be my goal, therefore I'm aiming at losing another 20 lbs at least. (Before my first juice fast I was 200 lbs, that was 18 months ago). Juicing changed my life because I have become a vegetarian after my first fast and have never had any cravings for meat or dairy products again. I'm sure that helped me to not put the weight back on in between juice fasts. I feel so much better!

    Juice On!

It is funny how eating well or not is such a matter of perspective. The people here look at my big plate of salad that I have instead of dessert and comment on all the veggies piled on. They notice I'm taking the stairs instead of the elevator. From my perspective I'm indulging by adding some seafood and meat into my regular diet. Still no cheese or dairy.

Sort of day 11. Those who have read my posts know that I started half way through a day and then had a couple of salad meals with my partner during that time. So down 3.2 kilos and that's 7 pounds down OR 32% of what I need to lose. Tonight will be tricky ... Valentines. We don't make a big thing of Valentines, but my partner suggested a movie tonight. Not unusual for us to see a movie, but he has suggested one I want to see, which isn't on his list. I know he won't book a restaurant as well because of my juicing so I have decided that if I take control of that we can enjoy a meal together. So I am going to break the juice fast (will still juice all day) and tonight I will turn those veges into an amazing salad instead. He is not juicing with me, but he is dropping a few kilos as well. So the salad and baked fish will be appreciated.

Started my 1st day reboot today and all is going well so far. i think the preptime of 2 weeks with juicing 2 meals a day and then going all juice has helped me SO VERY MUCH ! I think I will be able to do longer than 3 days. ( Goal is 30-60 ). Want to loose a total of 75 pounds so let the daily journey begin and the challenges. I have to admit coming on here and reading everyone's else's posts sure does help with "sticking strong" !

Hey kt , I'm right there with you as I have 75 pounds to loose. My goal is truly 60 but if I can make it 30 days then I will feel proud of myself and so should you. I'm praying the weekend doesn't make me want to do anything bad so I am trying to make plans to keep myself busy busy busy.

Day 6 and I feel awesome!!!! It is almost easier to make the juice than it was to make the transition meals and juice. When i drink my juices I literally feel like I am putting liquid fuel in my body. It is awesome. How is everyone else doing?

hi everyone - I hope its ok that I join you! I'm looking for a bit of support. I'm on day 9 of my reboot and while the results have been amazing - I find I'm struggling a bit to keep focused on the long-term goal.

Otherwise I love juices and juicing and love this community! :)
