    On the 30 day reboot 1 through 5 days is eating whole foods (meals), then it's just juicing until the 30th day! This prepares your pallet for the juicing as well as your system cleansing in order to successfully juice for 30 days. Don't miss this step.

    For my lunch I made the reboot green salad and the carrots and sweet potato fries. I must say the carrot and sweet potato fries were fantastic much better than expected. This will be a regular on my new lifestyle diet after my reboot. All of these recipes are on the phone APP Joe has provided for us. The app tells you exactly what to eat each day and has the recipes.









    Reboot salad dressing!!! Yum!









    Recipe makes enough for two meals so I put the other half in the refrigerator for my dinner.

    For my mid morning snack I made the Apple ginger juice. It was delicious and refreshing. I split it in half as it made 2 cups and drink one cup for my midmorning. I will drink the rest for my afternoon snack.















    Pulp - be sure to use a produce bag in your juicer reservoir that way you don't have to clean it out and it's easy to remove the pulp and use it later. Stored in the freezer. It will be great for Raw crackers or making vegetable broth.









    Be sure to prep your juicer with the new bag for the pulp next time. These bags can be found in the produce area of your grocery stores. I don't throw them away when I buy my fruits and vegetables I use them for my juicer. It doesn't hurt to take a few extra.

    In order to keep track of the amount of water that I consume on a daily basis, I took six water bottles and mark the numbers one through six on the bottle






    top. As I drink the water I'm going to put the bottle tops into the container for the next 30 days to see how much water I consume.

    This is what the berry apple cinnamon bake looks like chopped and put into the bowl; the second picture is what it looks like out of the oven. Then I put half into a mason jar and put it in refrigerator for Day 2.

    For breakfast I made the Berry apple cinnamon bake. The IPhone APP has the recipe which I included in the photo. It was very simple to make and absolutely delicious. It hit the spot and I felt satisfied and full not bloated and overfilled.

    Genia 30 day reboot I started my morning with day one which was loaded on my phone from Joe's APP. You signed up for this app and sign up for a reboot for any of the days, it will load your first day on your start date you will be able to see the whole app and all it has to offer. It is amazing.

    Wow! I was so excited this morning to wake up with my first Reboot Day loaded on my iPhone! Well Joe you did it! I always wish there was some type of plant based healthy food program like some of the other Weight loss programs online with a community






    of support and recipes! I love the step-by-step reboot phone app. It is so easy it shows every recipe needed for each day with all the nutritional value as well. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to do a reboot get that app on your phone.



    This picture is an example of the app that Joe cross put together for the phones. This is day one on the 30 day reboot. If you click on the food it will come up with the recipe and the nutritional ingredients. It tells you exactly what to eat and when to eat it and how much. The first five days is Whole Foods and then after that it's all juicing for the 30-days!



    I chose to do a 30 day reboot as I have done a 29 Day reboot in the past on my own after seeing Joe Cross in his first movie back in 2012.



    I want that amazing healthy fit feeling again.



    Stay tuned I have much to share for my first day today lots of pictures and information. The food was amazing I enjoyed all of it. Really looking forward to being successful on my 30 day reboot.

    I am so excited I am going shopping tomorrow morning before breakfast for my first 5 days on the 30-day reboot. I got the shopping list and list of foods to eat on my IPhone APP Store called "Reboot with Joe". It tells you exactly what to eat each day for each meal and all the recipes included. The best part is it also includes all the nutritional information which will make it easy for me to add my calories/food intake for my Fitbit APP! So ready!!! 2016 is my year!!!!! I took a before picture on Dec 31, 2015 and will take an after picture on Dec 31, 2016 side by side and its going to be amazing!!!
