Hi everyone! This is a great group Lindy created...I love that it is beyond just one specific timeframe. Today 1/14 is my Day 1. My plan is to do a 60 day JuiceFast supplemented with my evening juice: raw organic celery and mushrooms with very low sodium chicken broth . I am also exercising...light cardio...to help with my depression regarding my recent weight gain. I am age 43 female and need to lose 60 lbs! I hope those of you here are active with your posts. I need all the support I can get! It's still early in this New Year, so let's start now!

Congratulations on day 1 of 14 days. I am here for you. I did a master cleanse for 19 days and then juice for 29 days back in 2013. The reason I only went 29 days juicing is we had two deaths in the family and I had to make a long trip. It kind of shut me down for a few weeks. I then went on to have a Raw Food lifestyle for about 19 months. Then had another two deaths in the family. I decided that 2016 I would get rebooted again and start my Raw lifestyle again only this time I'm going to do a warm Raw as well. I have learned a lot about raw food cooking and enjoy it very much. I have lots of wonderful Raw/Warm Raw recipes and will be sharing them as I continue after my juicing in this group.

Pictured here is one of my raw caramel turtle cheesecake's. Delicious!

Thank you I'm going to try to picture the food and juicing I am eating over the next year. Hopefully it will encourage others after juicing to continue a healthy food lifestyle. Very happy to share recipes in the future. For example pictured here is my Raw Lasagna. I shoe do miss eating good food like this. I love cooking it to.

me too! January 14- Day 1! We just have to get thru the first 3 days, by Day 4 we will feel the difference! That is what I have gathered from posts on this website. It is like the first 3 days or 72 hours are lockdown detox! Joe Cross spent his first 3 days under his comforter in bed in FSND film!

Day 5: last day of the detox for the 30-Day Juicing. Starting 30 day all juicing tomorrow!!! Enjoyed the first five days of food in detox soups. Great recipes I plan to use them after my 30-day juicing in my new lifestyle diet.

Day 2 of 30-day Reboot. Boy! I wasn't sure about this carrot ginger soup, it is absolutely delicious! So far I love all the recipes from day one and day two. I will be sure to implement these into my daily living after my reboot.
