Best coconut water to drink! Is the real deal. Go to a organic health store such as whole foods and buy the white coconuts. Those are the young coconuts. The white stuff around the outside is called the husk. There is a nut inside that husk. You can take a screwdriver and a hammer punch a hole in the top and drink it with a straw. There is about 2 1/2 cups of pure coconut water. That's going to have all of the best nutrition not the process coconut water they sell in the stores. Group hug!

I always wondered what those one things were. I can't wait to try it. My kids will get a kick out of punching a hole in it.

The Beautiful Truth" Movie on YouTube

If you have a chance watch a documentary called The Beautiful Truth. That will help a lot of us with what we eat and what we are craving. I believe that if you know what you're eating it sure does make a difference, it did for me. It allows you to appreciate the healthy wonderful food our body should be eating. Lots of great information in this documentary.

    Congratulations!

I'm just finishing day 4, too and am looking forward to just juicing. I have enjoyed the food, but I feel like I have spent all of my time cooking. :)

Hooray for Day 3! It was a lot of cooking again, but I managed to have a semi-spiritual experience with my squash and apple soup. The best part is that I could enjoy eating it while at the same time knowing that I was doing something good for myself. I very rarely eat something that is both delicious and guilt-free. I look forward to feeling that way more often.

I am cheering for you and hoping you all have a delicious, guilt free day!

Reboot are fantastic. Not something I would've ever made but I certainly will be adding them to my diet in the future. Especially the green reboot soup I love that. Especially on a cold day. Congratulations on day 3!! Group Hug! Thank you for cheering us all on we need it. So happy you are here on this journey with us!

Hi everyone. I'm restarting... yes restarting. I bought my juicer last year and was very, very good for a while... now I'm back to very bad. Sadly, my go to foods are processed or fast food. I recently took a hard look at myself in the mirror and really, REALLY did not like what I saw, so this is me reaching out and asking for help to stay on track for this year. I want to make healthy habits that stick, mostly not reaching for junk food when I'm hungry, but instead, having healthy alternatives and craving them.

Please help... SOS. I really need someone to keep after me to not buy junk and to fill up my basket with all of the good things.

    Please and thank you.

Good luck, Kat! Just keep at it. It took me two tries to even get past day 3. I also understand the lure of junk food, especially when I am busy. I start thinking that when I work hard I "deserve" to eat some junk, but I am really just hurting myself.

You can treat yourself well, and like what you see.

All the best Kat! Once you make the decision to eat healthy, it is progress. Look for progress not perfection and you'll get there!

Day 20 of a 60 day reboot and feeling fine. I heard after 15 days you need to think about adding some protein. So we decided to add hemp hearts since we had them already for smoothies. My husband swallowed them and then drank his juice. I chewed them which was awesome to chew something and then the nutty taste. 3 tablespoons is 10g protein. So we decided to have one with the am, afternoon and pm juice. I hope this helps. You can add chia or flax seeds. But they don't taste.

Just finished Day 2 of the classic 30 day. I feel like I spent all day cooking. :)

Here are two things that I love: the Raw Carrot soup and the Kale and Avocado Salad. Both of those have avocado in them, which I don't think is a coincidence.

I have a couple more days of food and then Saturday I start on just juice. I was tempted a couple times today, but I managed to stay on target.

I am feeling much better than when I tried the 5 day reboot. I think the problem then was that I did not do a very good job of transitioning. This time a 5 day transition is built into my reboot.

Good luck everyone! I know you can do it!

That is awesome. I felt the same way when I started my 30 day reboot. You're going to love the food in the first five days. I sure did love the green reboot soup that was probably my favorite. All the soups are really good. I think it's a great idea to have the five days to prepare for the juicing. I'm on day 11. We can do this! Today I had more energy than ever. I feel really good too. One of the best things I do is, first thing in the morning make all my juices for the day. That way when I am ready I can just reach for what I need while I fix meals for others in my household. I have a household where no one eats the same thing for any given meal so I'm always preparing three different things. This is really helped me to stay in front of my reboot. Even if you make it the night before it's not gonna hurt, especially if it's going to be a busy day the next day for you. I make all my green drinks in Mason jars they have a white lid with a straw actually they have multiple colors and I use those on the drinks when I'm drinking and use the white cap to preserve the rest of my juice for the day.

It is very easy to get lost in the day caring for others and then when it comes time for you to care for yourself you're just too tired to take it all out and prepare it. When I buy my veggies from the store I wash them and cut them and make them ready right then and there. I also have the green bags and I put all of the items for each juice in a bag so all I have to do is dump the bag my juicer. I think this saves a lot of time and also allows me to take care of myself so that at the last minute I don't just give up because I'm too tired to prepare the juice with the vegetables and fruits.

I am on my 11th day of my 30 day juice. I feel great and a lot lighter, I have more energy than I did in the first five days. The first 5 to 7 days are always the hardest after that it's good from there on. The first five days there were meals on Joe's list. I am using his phone app which gives me what I'm supposed to eat every day as well as the recipes. It has been very helpful and encouraging. I have pictures below in the group to show Joe's app and some other things I'm talking about. I have taken pictures of the mason jars which I described in this message.

Remember you are worth it! Write yourself a little notes and put it on your mirror and look at them every day and read them. Reminder yourself that 2016 is your year to take your life back and your health back.

When I am done with my 30 day reboot; I plan to go to a raw warm and raw diet lifestyle. Warm raw as in Joe's green reboot soup which is amazing. I already posted that recipe below. I will be posting all kinds of recipes for anyone that is interested. I was Raw for 2 1/2 years and love cooking the raw food recipes.

Hope this helps! On those days when you need that encouragement and support remember to come back to the group read the messages and post your concerns or successes we would love to hear about your journey.

    Group hugs! -Lindy
