    Day 8 and feeling great!

One question I keep forgetting to ask - my juicer produces about an inch of foam. Are you supposed to drink it?

  • Torcy

When I use my Breville juicer it automatically separates the foam when I pour it from th container, but it wouldn't hurt to drink it :)

I did a 35 day juice last year, early in the year with great health results. Then went back to old habits. I've been trying to do juicing all January. Did 7 days, took a break, and then 9. Now I'm starting a 10 day juice tomorrow through Febrary 7th. The support here has been key to me. So thank you in advance for sharing your stories!!! Happy juicing!!

    Hey there :)

I started today and I must say it isn't that easy. I went shopping today and all these smells. I crave foooood, but I hope I can be strong. I do only juicing because it works better for me.

Any advises how to overcome cravings. Thanks

I completely understand! I was grocery shopping today and I had to walk past the fresh baked bread. :(

I'm not sure if this has happened to you, but I noticed that the food that I used to like does not taste as good anymore. When I am tempted, I remind myself of that. Also, I make sure that I always have juice, water, and coconut water with me everywhere I go. If I am tempted I sip something.

    Good luck!

accountability is really the only thing that keeps me from falling off the wagon when the cravings hit. I come here to write or think of all of you juicing!! and that I will have to write about falling off the wagon here later if I do.... clearly I'm an extrovert with people pleasing issues but as long as I figure this out in a way to help me be healthy, it's working. :)

I am on Day 7, after 5 days of vegan food this is my second day of juice only. I have low blood pressure, so I have to make sure I get lots of electrolytes. I think I am going to do more than one coconut water a day. I am feeling a little run down. I hope that I pick back up again tomorrow.

    Good luck everyone!

On my 8th day of juicing, I've Lost 7.5lbs. 1inch off my chest, 1/2inch off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, and 3 inches off my thighs. My BMI went down 1.3. I must say that I was alittle off track on my 7th day, but it made me realize how important it is to stay on this journey to good health and life. These rapid results has made me realize that this does work, and that I need to stick to this journey that I layed out for myself. 52 days more to go, I can do this and get to my desired weight!

I'm new here. Do you have any suggestions as to where to buy a good juicer? I'm at a loss

I went to Macy's, they have a wide selection. I personally have a Breville.

I broke my original that I got at bed bath and beyond and got a Breville fountain that same day on Craigslist for 30$! It's awesome! ????

15th day of my 30 day juice reboot. I am rocking the Fitbit challenges with over 35,000 steps a day. i'm so passionate about taking my life back in 2016 and getting healthy again. I love the raw food diet only this time I'm going to add warm Raw food. Like Joe's green reboot soup it's amazing, I could eat that every day. Special on cold days. Hope everyone's having a great day.

Have an awesome juice & step weekend!

Remember you are worth it! Group hug!!

Hi all, just started the reboot. For along time I've always wanted to shed some pounds but i had no idea of what to do. i tried popping some pills but that was just a waste of cash. This week on Monday i came across this video on hunger for change on you tube and on the same site i saw Joe's videos which i watched to on the same night. I resolved to do a 10 day reboot just to see what happens. 4 days down the line i have lost 2 kgs already, experienced changes like fresher breath, less smell and color in my urine. its amazing really and am afraid of never cooking again but i'll cross the bridge when i get there. Cheers
