    Eurocatbaby, Thank you for the offer of support! So glad to hear your story. It is inspirational, for sure. I need a few days to get over a cold, then get to the grocery, then I think I will start with a 7-10 day.... did you choose 50 days or just end up there by deciding to continue? That is impressive. I am curious how you arrived at 50 days. Would you say it cured your ailments? Thanks in advance for the reply.

    Sorry for the delay in answering. My hubby and I were doing a 60 day reboot and then my sister and kids came on day 51 so we decided that we would end there and start plant based eating. We are thinking of another reboot maybe this fall or winter when the kale is growing. We have a local farmer that we can get fresh greens really cheap and they are so good. I am off all the medications I was on. I am still rehabbing my ankle and toe but yesterday went for a walk and felt really tired but good. Probably walked to far but it was so nice out here in Texas. I still have some pain in my lower back and hip which I think is mostly from the beautiful shoe I had to wear for my broken toe and nothing I had to wear on the other foot was exact size so I limped and I need to go see chiropractor soon. Just a little nervous the one I liked moved and the new one isn't as good but there is someone else in the office I want to give them a try before I look for new office. I am so much clearer in my thinking no more fibro fog which can really making thinking difficult. I am moving around much better. My sleep is better not perfect yet but getting there. This was the best thing I did for my health I know that.

    Ok, I am starting today! Shooting for 10 days, I have the will power, I am more worried about how my body will react to not having protien... cheers to curing our bodies!

    Don't worry about the protein. Veggies do have protein for example 1/2 cup of spinach has 3 grams of protein. We have been told for so long we have to have protein but it isn't as much as we think. In fact the people who set up the food pyramid had to deal with meat industry and dairy industry putting in their ideas. If you think about it that huge cow in field gets fat by eating grass they don't eat meat. Elephants don't eat meat. Just something to think about. It's after 15 days the nutritionist tells people to add protein. We added hemp hearts after 15 days 3 tablespoons was 10 g of protein and that was plenty added with protein from juices. You got this.

    My hubby and I did a 50 day juice only reboot. We have transitioned to being vegan. But I will be glad to support you in a reboot. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever done. I was a veggie hater who had a huge sugar addiction and a junk food junkie. My taste buds have changed I like my veggies now and have not craved any sugar or junk food. My fibromyalgia and arthritis is so much better. I am not taking any medication for any of those issues. Please do the reboot it is the most amazing thing you can do for your health.

    After having a great day I was so tried and had to fight not to go to bed at 730pm. I lasted until about 930pm. Feeling good today but cold again. It runs in spells. Some days I am not cold at all and others like to today I am freezing. I tell myself the pounds must be falling off. (ha,ha) Just trying that positive thinking. Have a great day everyone.

    Hey group how is everyone? Yesterday was bad for me. My hubby figured out I was not getting enough juice and my electrolytes were down because I hadn't been drinking my veggie broth. So he made me drink coconut water, up my juice and made me drink 16 oz of broth once in am and pm. Today I feel fantastic for a change. I have a habit of not being hungry and I just don't want to drink all my juice but like hubby says it's not about filling your stomach it's about the nutrients you need on the journey.     So here I am continuing on my journey. I have been eating more than juicing but plan to do the 3 day plan again in another week. I have been sticking to a plant based diet. I did have a cookie today but there is a difference I really enjoyed and that the end of it. Right back to plants. Cookies happen.LOL

    What kind of machine are you juicing with? My hubby wants to know if you are using a hammer call the sledge-o-matic (ha,ha) that's how Gallagher method. I am dating myself & hubby for some who don't remember Gallagher you can see him on YouTube. We have the breville he says it can spit a little if you don't hold down the top as you juice.

    I realized that I had been only corresponding with one person on email and was not added to this group that I started. Please pardon my slip up. I didn't realize that my posts were not going out to the group. I plead juicing brain. Anywhoo, glad to see everyone is sticking to it. I have been juicing and eating for the last few weeks. I am going to do another 3 day juice only and see if I can go for ten. I am still losing weight but I am still not getting on the scale. I am just using my many sizes of jeans as a measurement. I am down 2 sizes from a 14 to 10. So who else has too wear wellies when they juice. My kitchen floor and all my countertops, walls etc get covered in mostly water with bits of veg and fruit. It is a big cleanup everytime. I try to juice at least 2 days in advance.

    Doing well on day 21. Just laughing with my husband about how a tablespoon of hemp hearts has turned into a major treat. Something to chew and adds protein which they say we may need after day 15.
