    I'm brandie new never done this and ill be starting 2 days before you and would love any help I can get I downloaded the app as well and when I choose the 30 day classic plan looks like it has food and I want to just go cold turkey with my hubby into this. would love any feedback or direction

    Hi, Im on day 2 of my 12 day juicefast and Im still going strong. Its abit duficult when my husband is eating and the food smels amazing. But I will not break this I will do my 12 days!

    Every morning after waking up, we already know that we're suppose to consume warm water + lemon. But what you can do to get the best out of the lemon is to first boil water in a pot, while the water is boiling, cut a whole lemon into thin slices(do not peel the lemon because you will not receive its benefits just from the juice only. You will need the skin also). And when the water gets done boiling, you can pour the water onto the lemon slices in a glass and wait 30 minutes for the lemon to steep in the water then you drink it.

    I know how you feel, I am on day 14, it's been hard, I have only lost 7 Ibs



    Some days are harder then others....but my advise take it a day at a time.

    Funny how we use the scale as a marker of success. 3.5 lbs a week is fantastic!

    hello so where is the support really ? can someone explain me how to look for the best support for me ? i am on day no 2 and i feel kind of dizzy on here not knowing with who to talk..i am fine by myself at home..i am very strong and i am sure i can give you all advice too !1 but i dont like to waste my time on here

    hello!...i am 40 living in Amsterdam..wanting to loose 13 kg...i am 1,72 and i am now 72 kg...since yesterday believe it or not ...i did yoga and just juicing i am 70 kg...my dream is 59 kg.



    i am fin ebut i was eating ver bad last months ...i always love chocolate etc especially when i have love problems or too much alone...



    so i ned you guys..i am single i live alone with my 2 cats....



    i stopped smoking on my own ..now 2 years and 3 months nikotine free...



    i gained lots of weight cause of non smoking anymore and beeing lazy and so...i still look ok but i dont like to have all that fat sitting @ my body !



    time to loose it!!!



    now this i need support i can give you also support...



    i feel a bit strange...i just had an oragnge juice now i am going into the kitchen starting to make my first juice of today



    i got spinach etcetce

    Day 23 ! Every Day In Every Way - I Am Doing Better and Better! I had the "funnest" grocery shop ever... I am a little afraid of too much citrus - so still strong on my Mean Green Juice - but am starting to reach for some 'substitutes' - Shard, Collard Greens, Green Cabbage, Zucchini, Pear, Pineapple, lime! I also picked up an Anise... ! Forge ON - and JUST DO IT
