Hello All, I hope you don't mind if I join in? I'm starting on 22nd Feb for Lent (not Sundays though) for a six day a week fast. God Bless.

Today is my 6th day since I started on Sunday. It is interesting the first few days weren't that difficult for me for me, but yesterday and today have been. Feeling hungry and a little out of it, gonna add some more coconut water and see if that helps. Might blend an avocado into my mean green for dinner if I still am struggling. Powering through. One day at a time. I watched a couple food documentaries last night and that helped. Forks over Knives and Cowspiracy. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Starting tomorrow, with a goal to make it to Easter. That will give me 40 days. My last start ended before I made it a full week. But my first juice fast I made it 6 weeks. Hard restarting since I've been off track. But hope to do better, one day at a time.

Hoping everyone is doing well. I just have the slightest caffeine headache hanging on. Nothing debilitating. It has been cold, so I switched out a juice for the homemade veggie broth recipe on the site.. On the ask the nutritionist discussion this was listed as OK. Happy juicing!

Good morning all!today is day 6 and wishing everyone a wonderful day!

If anyone had a hard first couple of days, I hope you are feeling better.the first days are always the hardest somce your body is sply trying to adjust from the withdrawal of prpcessed and junk food to an overload of nutrients. yesterday i took my daughter to a toy convention and there lota of walking around and no juice bar but i grabbed an odwalla bottled juice and bottled water for breakfast. I had to then run backand get ready for my goddaughter's birthday and stopped by a CVS and gor 2 Naked juices. If you are ever unable to make your juicea or buy fresh these are OK juice substitutes. Make sure they arent smoothiea because the smoothie bottles seem to have more unfamiliar ingredients i bought the Green Machine, didn't taste as good as Joe's Mean Green, but it saod 100%juice and losted only veggiesand fruits on its list. Wishing all of you a wonderful day!

I've had a little trouble figuring out what to do for lent and wasn't able to get my juicer until today. Starting late but hope this goes strong!

Hi. Glad to see others are doing this over lent! My husband and I started Ash Wednesday and are finishing up Day 4. We plan to do 30 days of all juice and then add in 1 clean eating meal at dinner for the rest of lent.
