    My day 16, we go for 22 Days to Sunday, wow, it's been a while since the early days to start this great desicion, venciéndome the second week, but more courage and desire to move forward, today I no longer suffer from hunger, now understand how my body works and when he is asking nutrients to keep satisfied and not hungry, I've adjusted my schedule to make juice, which helps to be smooth all day, and fasting is part of me, I see food and really seems to me not only the smell is the one that catches us now desire and my body asks me to eat fruit, but I can not, to end the 60-day challenge, so we go for more

    Hello! New juicer here. My brother-in-law introduced us to juicing over Christmas and we just got our own machine today! Can't wait to get started!

    day 10! I am not perfect but for the most part, I am on juice and reboot soups--no oil, starch or dairy. I made a delicious tomato and zucchini soup last night. I wish all of you a great day!

    Day 8. Did well today on juice and soup but overdid the caffeine a bit. Oh well, no one is perfect! So ready to drop a few sizes! Hope you are all well and making healthier choices. Talk to you tomorrow!

    Today is day 7. Had a blip yesterday--had to get a VNG test because I have been getting dizzy and UGH...what a miserably nauseating test that is. I was so ill I nibbled on dry crackers last night, but I feel better today. So back on track! I can tell I have lost weight by the looseness of my clothes and just by looking in the mirror. That is reinforcement for my continued efforts. I am not going to weigh since the scale often makes me feel bad when it moves the wrong way and who needs that kind of negativity? Veg on friends!

    Day 4 and I am still going. I was hungrier today, but stuck to the plan. I hope to hear from one of you soon! Hope you all are well!
