    Hello Evryone!

I am very impressed with the length of the Reboot all have been on! I am planning on doing a 15 Day one in April. Did a 15 Day Reboot last August and was very proud to have lasted 15 days but man, oh, man I did EVERYTHING wrong! Wrong type of juicer, not enough water, didn't transition off properly. Looking forward to a very different experience this time. Juice On!

60 DAYS are done. So this journey of just juicing has been amazing. I started out just thinking I was going to go for 10 days, just before Christmas. I felt so good after the 10 days, that I wanted to see what 60 days would look like . The best part of this, is that my health has dramatically improved. I was on thyroid medication that my doctor has now has said I no longer need. I had extreme apnea, which is now gone. I don't snore & I sleep way better . I have so much more energy and I feel alive. I've gone from being a slug and doing nothing to having energy to work out. If I can encourage you, try to juice as much as possible. If you do eat and juice, avoid the processed foods.

By taking this journey, you will give yourself an opportunity to recreate yourself, like you may not have experienced in a long time. I feel 30 years younger. I will continue to juice most of my meals each day to maintain my new found weight. Plus I feel so amazing which processed foods never gave me.

All the best to everyone, hang in there and I know that if I can do this anyone can, so GO FOR IT!!! I have posted a pic of myself today at 175 lbs.

Yeah, a Vancouver Island group to help support each of us, as we as learn how to improve our health. Go Van Islanders go. Let show the rest how it's done. I'll raise a glass of Juice to the Group.

Hey Bruce. How did you find out about juicing? I saw Joel Furhman on tv and bought his book. Dropped the sad diet then heard about Joe online from fellow e2l ers. Bought his movie and dived in. I still struggle but have had some nice health improvements.

I haven't been sick with as much as a cold for seven years. This morning I woke up with a cough that made the doctor run for the hills. Lung infection. Not taking anti-biotics. But my very concerned husband made me eat solid food for dinner, and I have to admit, my body told me it wanted solid food too. But kept it super healthy, green salad. Got lots of sleep today. Hoping I'll be good to go tomorrow.

I'm battling a mild cold right now. Nothing too scary, but how are you feeling now?? Have you gotten back to juicing?

I'm so excited to have found a group of rebooters on Vancouver Island. I'm in Victoria. I'm on day one of a short juice feast. Previously, I had been juicing for breakfast and then doing Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to Live for lunch and supper. I'll continue that way after my juice feast.

kimmy48 - i really like Eat to Live and started eating G-BOMBS couple years ago. I juice and eat plant-based everyday with a lot of sustained weight loss success. I found it to work the best for me ever!...and I tried a lot of stuff through the years. Let us know how we can support your endevours.

Hello everyone, I'm in Victoria and I've been juicing regularly since August. Started by doing 3 - 4 juices per day and a healthy mostly veggie based meal for dinner. Then went down to 1 juice a day for breakfast. And then the holiday season started...... On Monday I'm starting the 3 day New Year Reboot and hope to carry on to 10 days.

Anyone else doing a juice fast?

  • DanMiller BettyRae

Yup - I am doing the 3-day fast as well....this is my 10th or 12th 3-day reboot, I lost count exactly but I like to do them periodically when I feel the need -- after the holidays encouraged me to go again. Even though I eat exclusively plant-based foods, eating does make me a little sluggish at times especially when I am busy and can't drink as much juice as I would like. Let us know how we can help.

My wife is Canadian and all her family is from the Island -- she also went to school there. I met her when I lived in Bellingham, WA. We married 20 years ago and transplanted to NW Arizona just south of Las Vegas NV....to the SUN!
