Hey everyone. I have been juicing on and off for about 2 yrs. I really enjoy it but every time I have started to juice only, I would never get started. I am about 380 lbs. and was told I am pre-diabetic. That really rattle my cage! I decided to go all in and really fight for the right to live, love and laugh a lot more because the truth is, I know if I keep going this way, I am slowly killing myself. I realize that may sound a little harsh but I am feeling numbness in my legs and back pain has become a constant companion. I am looking for support from you guys and hopefully I can give a lot in return. I am actually a lot funnier than this but I promised myself I would use you guys as a sounding board and be totally honest about what's in my heart and mind. I start the diabetic reboot on April 15th. I am looking forward to a little less rain and more blinding sunshine! :)

Hi, I started my reboot on March 9th. I went 15 days juice only, then started to have a treat on the week ends. I told myself I could have anything I want only Sunday, but I picked salads because I like how I feel. Yesterday I had some pizza, I feel lousy today, but I'm back juicing.

I'm glad you guys are here. Everyone needs motivation!

I think I've watched Hungry for Change at least 70 times in the past year. That's where I first saw Joe's story. Every time I find myself wanting a Coke, etc. Great motivation for me.

    Hello everyone!

I started a 30-day reboot on februari 22nd, started juicing fulltime on the 26th. I joined this group because I really need to be able to talk to people who are going through the same thing

O, and if my English is not entirely correct: it's not my first language, I am Dutch.

    Juice on everyone!

Just joined, but can't start my full reboot for another week (waiting for the new juicer to arrive). Till then, I'm robbing a juice a day from a friend who started 2 weeks ago. I'm looking at a 5-15 day minimum juice only reboot, depending how often I can get to a market for produce. I live an hour away from civilization (2hrs from a "big town") in an offgrid cabin and my goal is to grow most of my juice ingredients, having started several greens today. I've been "pre-booting" for three weeks now, having weened off caffeine, eating 75% veggies, some nuts and the lean pork&chicken I raise, so I'm hoping the juice flu isn't too bad.

    Hi All,

I just started my first Reboot (30 days plan). I think support is very important when changing lifestyles.

    Great to hear Radhika.

Well as this group grows and we get more support, it will hopefully help keep us on the right track. I really do believe that a good support group is one of the key elements to a successful plan.

I just started yesterday and feeling great so far and excited to continue even past this juice I have further plans and not just a short term plan which I hope will help me succeed in the long run.

    Keep strong and Juice On.

    hi,

i have started juicing from 23 feb onwards and today is day 4. im feeling better today more energy and happier than yesterday. I started juicing to adapt a healthier lifestyle. I am simply addicted to food and love junk food. i eat when im feeling low, depressed or simply bored. its difficult to change my eating pattern but im trying hard and have survived 3 days. though i will need a lot of support after the 10 day plan to keep up eating healthy......this is my first step toward juicing and a better life

That's why most of us are here. Watch some documentaries on FMTV. Netflix or Amazon for inspiration and a bunch of us hang out on Facebook as well.
