Will weigh in tomorrow. Still eating clean. Have not cheated once. Except for my tart cherry concentrate.

Dr wants to do an epidural on my neck. Will have to think about that. Doesn't appear my bike crash and roll is the only cause of my neck killing pain. It was a series of events. And lots of degenerative changes. rude. I'm getting tired of that talk. lol

I just received my order of Grass Fed Bison Broth. Shipped from Wisconsin. My nurse friend swears by it. Now I have to figure out what to do with it. It's frozen. I have to mix it with turmeric, ginger, pepper and whatever else is in that concoction. Will report back.

Okay, today begins day 10! I got on the scale first thing and my weight was down 11.4 lbs! I knew it would be down today but not that much. I worked in the garden yesterday and got the chores i planned done. then I went out to get some items for the fencing and stopped to get juicing goodness while I was out and about! I got 3 bags of organic apples, a large watermelon, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, kale, and some windchimes because my old ones fell apart.

I also sorted though all of the books and kept about 25% of them. Mostly gardening books, many I hadn't read for years but now with a new yard and garden I will have to be figuring out what to do as we are going to a higher pH soil and vegetables like pH in the midrange or slightly lower (more acidic). Life is Good!

Day 9! Wasn't here yesterday because I was doing some house cleaning in preparation for our move. I moved all of the books off the shelves and onto the pool table. I plan to work in the garden this morning, then spend the afternoon finding which books give me joy and that I want to keep, and pack up the rest for either donation or to sell at a local bookstore. Once I get that job done I will pack up all of my photo albums. I will have to keep everything in the office until we get ready to put the house on the market, by then the weather will be cooler and I can move those boxes into the garage. I have my juices made for today will have to make more for tomorrow, so the plan is to go shopping for juicing ingredients tomorrow I should have enough to make juice to get me through the morning. Still on a plateau, I hate my metabolism!

-22.7. I started taking Tart Cherry Concentrate. Last couple of days my muscles were so sore and stiff. Feel much better this morning. I stopped all my other supplements. Something wasn't right. Will see how I feel on my walk this morning.

Zucchini, fennel, celery, greens, apple are on the menu today.

Hi, I am new to the group. I will start my juicing on Monday, June 03/19 and I am looking forward to getting back into juicing. I know it will be rough the first couple of days maybe even a week or two but I am determined to get back in shape and get back to my healthy lifestyle.

Congratulations Jsfenold. It can be tough at first depending on what you have been eating and drinking the last weeks before you began. Just hang in there if it has been on the bad side! Anyway I had been eating mostly vegan prior to my reboot, and had no adverse reaction except for being more tired than usual. Hope to see you here during your time, as I planned a 20 day juice/cleanse. I am taking a variety of herbs during my reboot this time around, I have never done that before, so maybe that is why I am feeling less energy than normal. I do feel good though!

Day 7. Started the day with Hawaiian Pear, have a sweet beet and 2 servings of Mean Green in the fridge. I loved having so many juices premade when I opened the fridge this morning. So I will be making 2 Cantaloupe Cocktails, 2 more Beet juices with orange this time, and More Mean Green 2 servings which will leave me 4 juices for tomorrow and 2 for the next day when I will have to decide what I want to drink the rest of Tuesday and Wednesday. So far I have been juicing the rainbow and wish to continue!

Day 6 today starting off the day with a sweet beet juice. Heading out to work in the garden today as the rain returns tomorrow and I need to get things done My tomato plants are drowning. At least the rain is supposed to stop, however the temperatures are heading up to the 80,s quickly so I don't know what my garden will be in for.

Sunny here now too it was overcast on my run this morning and i lost my phone so I had to go back and check my route to find it, which I did.

Today begins Day 5, weight is down 5.2 lbs over the 4 days of juicing. No side effects from juicing this go round just being more tired than usual. We had a downpour yesterday just after 4 and got over 1/2 inch of rain in 15 minutes. I have to go see how the garden fared. I just finished my morning juice and it is 11:21 I still have to make juices for today I decided to make up the rest of the watermelon fennel juice as i had leftover melon and fennel for the next batch. Going to make a Sweet beet recipe today.along with Mean Green, and Grapefruit Apple Celery.
