Just had my fennel delivered at 7am from Amazon fresh. Making Joe's detox soup today! I was suppose to get a bunch (3) of leeks but they only sent me 1 skinny stock. I will complain.

-28. off to PT. This guy is doing something different. No exercises. He doesn't think my neck is the problem.

Hello Juicers and Feasters! Well The summer solstice is upon us I hope you are all out there getting in your exercise, and drinking a juice a day, at least to keep juicing in the forefront of health. I just drank a coconut water haven't had one in a long time. Yum. I also juiced a lot of fennel stem and leaves from my plants that I did not harvest the bulbs from. The flavor is very licorice like, i has a part of a small watermelon to add to it, however it is a really green color so i did mix some in with the watermelon and kept some in reserve. I bought a watermelon today so I need to go and juice that to add to the fennel juice for later. I also bought a pineapple for some Hawaiian Pear Juice.

Thanks for the update on Soose, I emailed her but she never responded so if she is off the computer then that may explain it. Sorry your epidural wore off so quickly usually that means the medication did not go in the correct spot but nearby. It can be hard to pinpoint that exact location.

correct. & at $800.00 out of pocket. used to be 50. worse than having blood drawn & bandage goes on other arm! they get it wrong three times , that's it. bilateral too. amazing where u point the pain is, isn't where the injection goes or it might go there & doesn't work. okay doc. ur turn.

same doc that called my cell one day right after what was my last free wellness colonoscopy consult.( now it's go to hell consults. insurance here) & Afib doc.phone rang in parking lot right before entering heart building. no joke. now my phone is off these days during appts.

coban please. dang warfarin for over 120 days of juicing. after inr was 7.5 once I stopped taking it. echo here!!

that's what ginger root & greens is for cuz doc didn't want to adjust to the juice. wth! stopping med for a week & taking same dose again. crazy. i knew what dose needed to be. yeah& would have been a therapeutic level. no wonder that doc had a stroke & not me. too much country club soda maybe?

    & that's why we juice.

doc shopping is tough. they don't call it practicing medicine for nothing!! good things for RN's bailing them out daily!! don't have RN's in doc's offices here in Ohio any more. wow. techs& LPN's r coming back cuz there were lots & they were all fired& now schools& hospitals are spewing them out!! tens years later. not after.

    Juice ON!!

They're all Physician Assistants here. Even in Urgent care.

Mine cost me $800 too. Said my ins didn't cover the anesthesiologist and somebody else. eyeroll. It was out of network. As I pay $1045/mo for ins. Another eyeroll.

So, my epidural wore off. Was ok for 2-3 days. Nights are still rough. Hopefully it got rid of some inflammation so the PT will work. The pain has shifted.

If not I'm going to a Chiro. Twist my neck back into place.

I forgot fennel yesterday so off to Trader Joe's I go. Didn't get my 4 mile in yesterday. Better not push it.

I'm up 3 lbs this morning for no good reason. Must be from my steroid shot. Still staying on my eating program. Must drink more water. Maybe too much fruit.

Neck feels better but still a few sharp shooting pains in my arms. At least I'm sleeping.

Going to start juicing lots of carrots.
