    -11.2. Happy Tax Day!

Soup report: So, yesterday I was able to gag down a large bowl full. But for dinner I made an omelette out of it covered in tapatio sauce. Tasted better. :) .

Good Sunday morning. Just made a huge crockpot full of lentils, cauliflower, roma tomatoes, onions, a bag of Trader Joes power greens etc etc etc. Soon I'll make the Vitamix concoction using red chard. This will probably end my exciting day.

Good Morning juicers and feasters! DiAnn, Is that a smoothie in the vitamix? Or is it soup?

Enjoying my relaxation time since we got her Monday afternoon, I opened all of the windows in the house this morning the one AC unit that gave us trouble in the past went out again so the bedroom areas are not cooled down. I should have opened them all last night but just opened the one in our room. It was really cool out this morning but the sun is up now and it is warming up. Ony going to be 84 today all the Coachella attendees will be happy that it is not 100! It usually hits that right now. We have been able to sit outside comfortably and read as well. I went to make my mean green and realized I had not gotten apples so heading off to the store to get them after my walk/run I reached the 800 mile marker in the Run the year challenge 1,219 miles to go I wonder where I will be when I reach that goal?

Hawaiian pear juice is the best when way hot outside!! 67 & sunny !! veggies looked like they needed attention this AM!! whole foods cheaper this week?

left the dentist & was going to buy some high powered beer.( hockey payoffs at &7:30 tonight) nope. & seeing a vitamix? full of veggies helps!! worked shift work once upon a time& doctor office asked if i drank before noon!! & how much I said yes& enough.

    had to be there.

glad ur knee is okay mine is sort of okay i had x-ray to see if parts were where they're suppose to be. dunno if they compared it to x-ray done five days after surgery. big ole hamstring on left side of knee is hurting. still. no laying on right shoulder & no laying on left side. guess i need a hammock!!

The evil hamstrings. They'll make or break ya. That and the T band. Boy, a beer sounds good about now. I'm sure I have room in that vitamix. :)
