Day 22 here and feeling fantastic! Down 12lbs as of last Tuesday. Haven't weighed myself this week yet. Hoping I will be under 200 again. Here is a little color to brighten your day - My friend grows a beautiful garden and gave us these beautiful little carrots - so tiny and adorable with a TON of flavor!! Anxious to drink them for breakfast!! Keep up the good work everyone - its difficult and you will have headaches but concentrate on your goals with the juice and how juicing can only make everything BETTER!! Have a wonderful day!!!

Thanks to more days this month, anybody that wants to join in at anytime, please do. We are just at about halfway through the month, so lots of time to reboot and get some good results this month. I have less than 4 weeks before my trip, and I need to stay motivated!!!

hi! So I have issues with weighing myself so I've decided not to for awhile but I did allow myself to use a measuring tape to measure my waistline and it's gone down 1 whole inch in three days. I'm not sure if that's great compared to others but I feel great about it anyway! Just thought I'd share! Hoping you all are still going strong! I can't wait to have control of my baseline tastebuds. I've heard that when you do this your tastebuds start to act normal and some foods that I could've eaten a hundred of (like brownies) tast bad after a few bites. So I'm really needing that to happen to me! Have a great night!

That's awesome Ruthplatt!! Everybody has their own path, so just compare yourself, and your getting the results. We're all getting healthier, and the scale is dropping for all of us, in our own timing. Keep it up!!

Have a headache today, trying to stay focused.....I've been exercising a lot more too in the past week , so I am hungrier than before. Truthfully I am getting a bit bored....need to change up the juice perhaps, water, teas. I have a social engagement (the only one I said yes too for the month; I declined 2 others) this sunday, which will be having a luncheon, so I am trying to do my best this week until then!! How is everybody else doing?

Morning. Hope everyone is dong fine. For me it is day 8 of my juice fast. It's been much easier now that it was the first 3 days. Craving still come and go. My method of dealing with them is to drink some juice and then promise myself to wait for 20 minutes to see how I feel. If the other day I just promised myself not do quit until the next day if I still feel that way. Then I think about how good I will feel when I get the weight off. How great it will be to wear smaller clothes and feel even younger. I have so much energy now that I don't want to quit feeling this good. My goal is to get down to how slender I was when I was 180 pounds. I know it is going to happen and I remember how well I felt then. It was incredible. So I am going to keep going today no matter what and then tomorrow I will rejoice I made it through today which will then give me more incentive to keep going tomorrow. Got to approach each day with a renewed determination - that's the trick. Take it one day at a time. One day at a time. Juice on!!

Morning fellow rebooters: I'm still with you. Made it through the weekend with no problems.

It's day 6 of my juice fast/reboot. My energy level increased a lot on Saturday I am feeling great. Those first 3 days were pretty rough. But Day 4 felt pretty good. Yesterday was fantastic. I feel like I have to get up and move around. So as always I say hang in there those first 3 days and it will start to get better. If it's your first time doing this it could take 4 or 5 days to start to feel better. But for me my body does not need a major detox to rid the body of years of accumulated toxicity. But in any case it does get better - just sick with it. It will get better.

Apple; Glad to see you getting back on the reboot. You have proven to yourself that you can do it because you made about 66% of the way through the most difficult time. SO that means you can do it. You got us to help you. And just think, The detox that took place on those 2 days was an accumulated benefit - so that means you have even more momentum on your side this time. You also know what you face so it's not a mystery. Everyone is different but if your' like me you want t back up plan. Mine is if I should find it just too tuff, I promise myself that I will be sure that I will only eat a fruit or vegetable at that moment and that I will then for my next meal go right back to juice. In the past I actually went to eating 1 baked red potato with nothing on it to have with a glass of juice, just to get through the rest of the day and I continued to juice a bit more often throughout the day. Just remember a reboot is a reboot - a time to eat or drink vegetables and small amount of fruits. It does not have to be one way or nothing. You can taylor it for you. I once in a while will eat a dill pickle when I am about to cave. Basically it has no calories. I drink a vegetable juice with it. Then I am right back on the juice fast. What ever works for you is the real winning formula. It's your journey and we are happy to come along as long as you come here and include us. Juice on!
