    hello, thanks for inviting me to the group... I plan to start in October, and would like to know if anyone did the guided plan, or just winged it, and was successful. Also what are your recommended juices to start with.

    I'm on day three - will juice on into April for 10+days. This is longest I've juiced ever and haven't juiced in years. Juices taste GREAT but I'm feeling it today. Also fighting cold. Hopefully juicing will wipe it out before it gets worse.

    I'm on day 22 and doing OK. Had a tough weekend with the family and woke up this morning with a cold so I haven't done any exercise. I stopped weighing myself a couple days ago and I'm feeling really good about it. I had hit a plateau and was getting distracted by my disappointment. I've started adding protein powder to my morning juice, as suggested. I haven't noticed it making any difference in my energy or hunger level. I'm hoping it doesn't further slow down the weight loss.

    I decided again today that I'd quit weighing myself. Seems I keep telling myself not to, and then I can't help it! But I'm in the same boat, I keep hovering around the same number, sometimes up, sometimes down. I don't like how excited I get when I'm down and how upset I get when I'm up. This is for health! And a number doesn't determine health or vitality.
    I'm trying to use clothing to measure my progress. A pair of jeans I could barely button up 5 days ago, now have 2 inches of room around the waist !! Sure according to the scale I'm up a pound, but clearly something better is happening.

    Hi all! I have just started (day 2) and I can say so far so good :) I am having a bit of a caffeine withdraw headache but I know that will pass. Got to the gym and taking control. I do have to say that Kale is NOT my favorite - I know that it is the world's greatest food but YUK!! I am late in the month but I hope you are all doing well on your journey.

    Day 15 for me I weighed in today and I've lost 12 lbs since the start. I started out really good, then I had a hiccup last weekend and fell off the wagon so to speak, but like any cowboy, I got back up and jumped on the horse again. I've been working out pretty good and I'm hoping by the 31st that I get under 230, really I hope I get to 225, that's the goal for March...lets see. Today in New Mexico there a little wind, but its looking pretty nice outside. I hope where you live, its a nice day as well. Hasta until tomorrow.

    So, ready2getmylifeback, what are the issues or problems you are having. My biggest obstacles are when I'm at someone's house and everyone around me is eating or when my wife makes breakfast for her and there I am drinking juice. What I do is fill up on as much hot tea, water, and juice before I sit down so its not a problem. Everyday, I try to take on only that day and not think about the next or the rest of the week. That seems to help. Also posting seems to help me. Let me know what type of a support you need. Have a nice weekend.

    Wow, a week has past and its a cold windy day again here in New Mexico. Alright its day 12 for me. I've been working out a lot, mostly cardio and some weights. So, far I don't have a favorite, because there are several combination on juices that I like, but I don't really care for Joe's green juice, I'll drink it but its not my favorite. I have been enjoying nice hot teas in the morning, my favorite being "candy cane". I hope you all well on your journey. See you all soon and happy juicing.
