Hello! I am new to this site and also new to Jersey! I am looking for a great source of organic vegetables and fruits somewhere in Ocean county or maybe Monmouth. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Hello, Garden State Rebooters! This is Brian from Manchester, NJ (Ocean County). I'm not quite juicing myself at this point but since it's early in the year, I want to recommit myself to a healthy lifestyle, and I want to hear all about your juicing journey and how it's going, the good, the bad and the ugly! My cousin, who is getting married soon, got a juicer for her bridal shower, and I am interested in juicing and want to learn as much as I can!

    Hi

I just started my juice fast and I plan to try to make it for 7 days. Once I reach that I will see where to go from there. Does anyone have any tips on juicing? I'm looking forward to sharing this experience with everyone.

REPOST: Hello fellow New Jerseyans!! I live in Pine HIll, NJ, Camden County. I havent started my reboot yet and wont be starting until I come back from my vacation on Dec 12th. So I plan on starting on Dec. 15. Was just wondering if anyone uses the Nutribullet for their juicing or would you recommend I definitely by an actual Juicer?

Tyshea- For what we are doing here you need a juicer. The Nutribullet is a great item to have to make smoothies either before or after your reboot. Juice is used for several reasons but one is that it gives the digestive system a rest so the body can concentrate on healing. The bullet leaves the fiber so the body still has to work on digesting.

svdeas- Welcome to the group! Water is always something I have to work at. I try to get half my body weight in oz so that is around 150 everyday. I keep at it because I can definitely feel the difference. Dehydrated is not good. Glad to see you going for the extra days. Weight loss is good but the good stuff is all the cleansing and healing. I which you even more success on your reboot! I am also a Burlco resident.

Hi everyone! Well today is day three of my three day Reboot and I have decided to extend it. I am committing myself to a seven day Reboot. So far, I have lost 5 lbs. and I know that number is going to go up. I am so happy and having so much fun shopping for new fruits and veggies and choosing what types of juices I am going to make. It definitely takes the dullness out of the day.

I wish you all continued success.

    Happy Juicing!!!!

Hello everyone. I jumped in today and started a three day Reboot. I just took the last sip of a green drink I made with kale, cabbage and parsley. It was not bad. I felt a few hunger pains along the way (or what I think were hunger pains). lol I know I have to re-train the way my body responds to stimuli. I also need to up my water intake as well as I am constantly thirsty I usually drink more than my fair share of water each day but the day got away from me.

I hope everyone is doing well on their Reboots and I wish you all continued success.

FYI - Live in Burlington County.
