    Good morning, everyone! Just dropped in to remind you to acknowledge and honor your worth. Yesterday, I had someone "calculate" my worth (as a professional entertainer) to be something much lower than it is. I was offered a salary that is far beneath the quality of performance that I give....so I walked away politely. Money is not everything.



    I am more discerning these days, using my time in a wiser manner. I am moving in ways that will encourage my life to flourish. I have no time to be influenced by people who either do not know my worth....or who do not respect it.



    Respect for me starts with self. MYSELF....all the way down to what I put in my body.

    Hello everyone...! How are you? I have some great news. Was recently accepted into a second masters program in food tourism through Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school and an Australian university. I am beyond excited....because as you all know, I love food. I have been asked to help with the World Food Festival that will take place in Osaka, Japan, next summer. Also, I am thinking of a food challenge for the 2020 Olympics. Hopefully, the Japan Tourism Organization will approve of and support my idea.
