I'm back on a reboot. I regained my weight over the course of a year or so. Part of that was due to some injuries, but all of it was due to a lack of vigilance. Once I get my weight back down, I'm going to focus on muscle building, endurance, and a plan for maintaining a healthy weight. I have a new rule this time - all juice except for social events. It was a major pain to have to explain to people what I was doing and why - and that it's not anorexia or some other eating disorder. I'm mostly a home body, so there won't be too many "cheats".

It's been a long time since I've been on the site however - the really good news is that I kept the weight off and now I'm going to do some more! The incredible first phase had me really control my eating which is amazing, I lost 25 lbs. I'm going to do it again and try to lean more to the juicing lifestyle, it's great that we are in our spring as I plan on planting some veggies as well :-)

Nice job, Harlan. I didn't do so well in the aftermath, but that's the whole point of a RE-boot.

OMG you are so close to the end of your 60 days! I am only at day 19 of 30 (although I might just kick along a bit longer). WOW! Seeing your comments has just given me a total lift - thank you for sharing your changes, ups and downs. A size 14 from an 18/20 - you MUST be happy with this! Well done! Keep the eyes on the prize - 1 week left! :)

Thanks julieanne, sometimes I feel like there is no point in posting because I'm the only one that's doing so for a while. Thanks for reminding me that people are reading my comments/posts. I'm going strong and I have 6 days left!

hi Dezi. I'm starting to hit a bit of juice fatigue as well. My reboot is ending in 4.5 days. One of my goals is to continue juicing until mid afternoon. I did include a few Bolthouse Farm juices for busy days (specifically, the day after Sherlock episodes), but I didn't feel the same as I did on my good juices. The prep time is rather intensive from the produce prep, compost dumping and juicer clean up. I've been able to manage the chore the rest of the time, but it's no mean feat. I hope you can hang on for the rest of your reboot and your health goals. You'll feel so good in the long run.
