I'm new to this site and to juicing. I haven't done a reboot, however the wife and I blend a smoothie in the morning, a smoothie in the afternoon and then a primal/paleo meal for dinner. In 2 weeks of doing this my psoriasis is almost gone. Amazing what food can do! Good luck to everyone

I'm planning 15 days to start, but see doing this off and on over the next 6 months. I want to kick my psoriasis and achy joints in the butt!

I have had eczema my whole life very dry and itcht skin.. I started my first fast Feb 9th and did a 7 day fast by day 2 I was already seeing a difference in my skin, After my fat my skin continued to look and feel better I cut out all junk and ate clean. I am on day 3 of a 30 day fast now. My eczema has moved since I have gotten older, While my legs was the wors area before it moved to my back where in the last yr became bad. It is all cleared up, I do have some healing to do but my skin has never felt so good.. I have always wanted normal feeling skin not to feel like an alligator lol, When I was younger my legs where covered and I would spend many night up scratching til the bloos came.. But yea the juicing shows you just how our foods react with our bodies and the things in our foods as well..

    Hello all,

I'm new to this group and to the website. Starting my first real reboot tomorrow March 17th - I can't wait! Over three weeks ago I started to have urticaria all over my body and for no apparent reason. I know my immune system is not in good shape - I have a autoimmune condition that affects my thyroid, and other imbalances have affected my hormones and neurotransmitters leading to depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, and more bad stuff during over a year until just a few weeks ago. In fact, those symptoms disappeared when the urticaria started!!! I am sure this is no coincidence, and this has been the wake up call for me.

For the past ten days I've been adding a lot of juice to my food intake, replacing many meals with just juice. I can feel some positive effects already, and I look forward to feeling and seeing the changes over a real 30 day reboot (and possibly longer).

Feels good to join the Community and this group! Great to make new friends

Hey all, I originally created this group as I was beginning a 30 day reboot for a pretty severe guttate psoriasis flare from a strep infection. Eventually, on Day 3 I was so miserable that I stopped the reboot and started a round of cyclosporine (immunosuppressant). While it helped at first, my strep infection came back and then I came down with mono due to the immune suppression. It's about a month and a half later and I'm right back at square one. I should have kept with it! I'm glad to see that so many of you are on the road to healing and making use of this group. As soon as I get back to my juicer (I've been traveling), I plan to start another 30 day reboot. Please keep updating the group on your progress. It'll help me and so many others to hear about your progress.

Hi I'm new to this group. I have urticaria ( like joe ) for 13 years now

And hoping a reboot will cure me like it did for joe. I'm on day 5 of my reboot but no improvement yet, I'm doing the 15 day plan , juicing only and wiling to go longer if it helps. But I actually feel Like my urticaria has gotten worse and I steel feel vary weak . I thought by now I would feel that energy that everyone is talking about and would see improvement with the urticaria ?!

Is there anyone here with the same condition that can relate and share with me their rebooting experience ?

Thanks and good luck to all of you!!!

Hi Lizi, I have urticaria too although it's very recent for me. I am starting my reboot tomorrow and will post on how I get on. I don't expect super quick changes on the urticaria, as I have a feeling it is a symptom of a more profound imbalance of my immune system. It is also possible that quite a few toxins will be released through my skin, so I'm getting ready for some 'detoxification symptoms' just in case. I am sure that if I stick with it it's going to clear eventually, and I'm really looking forward to feeling and seeing all the benefits of juicing and rebooting.

Hope you're feeling better - how has it been for you over the past 3 weeks?

Just thought I’d say hello. I didn’t start my reboot with the intention of helping any of my

psoriasis or eczema problems (I did it for my heart, diabetes, and weight problems). My psoriasis, while bad, is limited to three distinct patches on my body and a recurring one in intimate locations; my eczema is on my face and other areas of my head. Unexpectedly, my reboot has had an incredible effect on my psoriasis! One patch, the worst one, is almost cleared up. Nothing in 15 years has had much of any positive effect on it. This was an unexpected surprise!

Has anyone had any luck with cystic acne and the reboots?
