I've just past the half way mark in the 60 day Guided Reboot for Diabetes. I've lost 18 lbs given I'm female, post menopause and almost 60 years of age. Only 100 lbs more to go UGH! I looked at my self in the mirror the other day and honestly did not realize my body size was as large as it was. On the up side, I feel really good. I have more energy, moving a bit more, having fewer aches and pains. I've done several guided reboots before and always backslide after the juicing phase is complete. I find I need the social support to stay focused.

Hi I'm new here -- I have EBV and am hoping to heal myself with juicing. Has anyone else had success with EBV and juicing? would welcome feedback and tips!

I'm new here too, just joined today. I don't have EBV, and am not familiar with it, but I am hoping to cure myself of obesity with this juicing plan. Just wanted to say Hello!

wanted to check in. My weeks are so busy but I’m in my last 4 days of plant based juicing. I always have some challenges coming off of this because i anticipate eating again and want to go for that cheeseburger fries and milkshake. With this being my 3rd cycle and i want to switch up my transition period i would like to know if anyone had any fun tasty recipies that they could share that are appropriate but also give me a feeling of statisfaction. Especially with my transition weekend being a holiday. Thanks

Green apples have a nutritional advantage during a juice reboot. google this on the Reboot with Joe website. However the important decision is to make sure any apple is organic. Apples are always on the annually updated DIRTY DOZEN list of most contaminated produce. Apples are delicious

Green apples have a lower glycemic index and are preferred on the plan for the 60 Day Guided Reboot for Diabetes.
