Hi Everyone. Im so glad to find a u.k. juice group. I did Reeboot last year and lost 56lb.. then started training for a marathon and ate far too much. so Ive just done 5 juicing days and got back in to the swing of things. Feel so energized today and am going to try and train for a marathon whilst just juicing this year. Has anybody else done this? would love to hear your tips for running on juice.

Hi, my name is Jackie and I finished my first 5 day Reboot. A lot of my old symptoms have returned so just trying juicing and a light meal for a few days. The good news is I lost 10 1/4 lbs. I shall try a longer Reboot starting Sunday.

Hello again all, been a little bit since my last post - well i am now on day 33, doing a juice regime during the day, and fresh veggie for supper, still going on with the juice/veggie diet - no bad setbacks as yet, tho it feels like the weight loss has slowed somewhat. Target of 80kg or even 75 kg if I can manage it, is still in sight, will just take longer to reach, but determined, I will get there, and feel the benifits of all the weight loss, be able to move myself easier and give me a better quality of life, roll on Summer.

    Hello again all fellow rebooters

Well been a while since i last posted but i am happy to say that i am still sticking with the juicing routine, onto day 19 now and hoping to go at least 30 days if not the full 60. I am feeling the benefits of this juicing lark for sure, lots more energy, feeling lighter and to reinforce that i just got back from hospital yesterday after a routine check on my broken leg, (not bad for a guy in a wheelchair eh), anyhow i asked if there was anywhere that a paraplegic like myself could get themselves weighed, i was pointed in the right direction and to cut the story short, found i have lost 7.2kg since starting. very chuffed with this result which has just spurred me on to go further, my goal weight is to be 80kg, and hoping to hit that by about begining of April if i continue weight loss at this rate. Nurses and doctors looked at me a bit squif eyed when i mentioned the regime, but hey, what do they know eh LOL. onward and upwards all. be well

Hi Sandrianc no lol i dont see my doing a lifetime of juicing , maybe eventually down to one a day and occassionally do a reboot, Ive tried water down Kale but its the smell that make me want to be sick lol, am doinf ok with the collard greens though ( watered down ) but Ive got Joes new book and there is some green ones I am managing to do, just not the mean green ones, with it being cold lately am making home made soup for evening meal, just all veg, i guess i could liquidise it but i dont lol, so am having 2 juices during the day and coconut water, water , herbal teas when i want a hot drink and now soup, if it was summer i would be having smoothies !

    Hi Sandrainc

Hi, Suzy from Bedfordshire here, am on the start of day 15 , any advice on dealing with green juice would be a great help, I am still finding them hard and cant stand Kale at all, I use collard greens but still struggling with the taste how do i mask them, I want to lose 28lb ( my first goal) so far have lost 121/2 lb so still on track, started doing some aerobics ( at home ) I do enjoy it, just need to do it more often !!! am finding it hard being on a budget, keep shopping around to find the best quality fruit and veg for as little as possible, I dont have much space for storing it to buy it in bulk ( only have an under counter fridge which doesnt hold much) so have to do shopping every other day, cant believe how much fruit and veg cost !

Day Nine. still going on with this, yesterday was a bit of a bummer, started getting a lot of spasm and just generally feeling down, still stuck with the juicing through the course of the day but relented and made a hot soup of veggies and spices for the evening meal, just needed to get in some hot comforting food on a cold winter night. stuck with just raw veggies as the ingredients, so dont think i cheated too much, but felt much better for it - off to bed early to catch up on much needed sleep and feel great the next morning - i can feel the weight going, tho from where is hard to say ;-) - started the day with a celery, carrot and pineapple juice, ready to continue this and even go the 30 day regime. cannot expect to not have some down days throughout all this change, but i am seeing the benefits of this, more energy, more alert. so persevering on, be well Rebooter's - till next time
