I was poking my head in to ask the same thing. Apparently the answer is pretty much no. :(

    Hi again,

I was gone due to a life crisis and I am wanting to start fresh. Any of you 50 plus peeps in the Wa State Pacific Northwest area? Would love to meet. I'm married 38 years. Dianne

Hi there - my dear departed mother used to say, "Getting old sucks." Now I know she was right about that as well as a few other things. I gained 60 pounds seemingly overnight, once I hit menopause, and I'm in my late 50s now...heading toward 60 (maybe that's why I gained that magic number? hmmm). Anyway I'm done with being overweight! My knees are aching and I can't do what I used to do, only a few years ago. So I'm determined and just started 2 days ago, a 60 day challenge. I hope we keep in touch, all of us, coz it helps to feel some connection with others doing similar things, who have similar challenges. P.S. I was a sole parent; my son just left home to travel and work his way across the continent (18 yrs old). Empty nest to boot! (and I'm determined not to fill it with cookies).

Hi Ladies - I'm 57 and started a reboot 4 days ago. My aim is to lose 115 pounds. (Yes, I'm in THAT group, too.) Already I feel like my thinking is much more clear and less foggy. Sugar and white carbs is my nemesis. No weird symptoms so far like headaches or anything - but I am hungry a lot.

I started April 20th with doing the 5-5-5 plan. Lost 10 pounds in the first 10 days and have 90+ more that need to go. I will go back to just juicing after Cinco De Mayo.

I'll be 53 in July. Married 25 years and have 5 kids. 4 still at home. They make my battle with food so much harder! Wouldn't it be nice to start over again and give the kids kale instead of cookies? There support comes and goes. No support really from husband. I assume he thinks it is just another fad I am going through.

New as of today. I'm wanting to connect with the 'classic' crowd (AKA middle-aged)! I am 52 and I need to lose at least 50 if not 70 pounds. I'm a mom of two boys, 12 and 16. I love to garden (strawbale.....new as of last year) and read. I've been ill off and on, mostly on, since 2006 from what seems to be autoimmune dysfuntion, but no disease named specifically....maybe Lupus? I'm tired of trying to figure it out. Tired of doctors. I've been working on getting healthier since November 2014 and I have lost 10 pounds total and I work out and lift weights regularly. I need a boost though...this is slow going. I'd love to do a reboot and I'm thinking of signing up for one, but it's a tad expensive for me. I'm a prediabetic, too, and have been for 15 years now. My number is coming in at 123 now for the fasting glucose test....might just as well call that diabetes. Add me as a friend if you like. Any starting tips would be appreciated. I live in Southwest MN and would love to connect with people in my area!

Hi, everyone. Time for a serious fast. A big thanks to the replies about the muscle cramping-you are right, it is a calcium/magnesium problem. It was also awful. I plan a 30 day fast this time, and hope to break a nasty food addiction. It's tough to have to face that after beating a 28-year smoking curse now I have to tackle food. It's scary to realize how sick I really am, I've coasted for so long. I realize that I have to put myself in the same mindset as the smoking addiction-no trigger smokes, no trigger foods.
