    Hi Vicky! I'm on day 2, with same headache but overall doing well. I'm going to try for 13 days, since I am off work for that time. I would love to hear what kinds of juice you have been making. I am pretty boring-Kale or spinach, lemon, cucumber apples, ginger, and then maybe berries or halos. Let me know how it went for you.

    I'm on day 2 today and feel mostly good. I've been to yoga yesterday and today which helped me acknowledge all the good I am doing for my body and clear my head of temptations. I do still feel like I want to bite into sth., just eat a pear instead of juicing it, but I am disciplining myself and know it's for no-one but myself.

    Accept for very light head aches I feel pretty good :)

    Anyone else out there who just started?

    Good morning, starting day 1 of my 10 day juice cleanse. Right now I am very excited to reboot my body after a very stressful period of time at work, healing it form the inside and making it stronger :) How about you? Did anybody else just start?
