I'm about to start juicing for the first time and looking for a group that has active members. I have no idea how my body will react to the change but I'm excited to start. I really want to go as long as I can with juicing only. Any suggestions?

I'm starting today...not sure what to expect! Hope to get some inspiration from you guys! What the first days feel like? When can I expect the happy full of energy time? What's the worst at the beginning?

Hellooo! I'm still juicing everyday, and eating when/what i feel like, and i feel good. To be honest, cooked food does make us feel tired! My sneezing and itching in the sinus have returned 4 days ago, and i've added more ginger and lime/grapefruit to my juices. I feel better since this yesterday, and very curious as to how my body is adjusting to my juicing+eating... I keep track of the different sensations, almost daily, and I "listen" to my body quite a lot. Also working on getting the rest of the family off processed foods completely, though it will be a gradual process for the kids. One day at a time... Juice on!

Day 14 of 30 for me but I am new to this site, I joined because the cravings I've been having since Saturday are insane, almost gave in to sushi for Valentines but I stayed strong and drank my green juice ;) Physically, I feel amazing, no bloating, no acid reflux, no indigestion....YAY! and I've even lost 9 pounds which isn't a ton but I needed to lose 36 pounds when I started the cleanse so the weight is actually moving on out at a pretty good speed! (only 27 pounds left!) I do some hiking, yoga and long walks at least 4 times a week and have 4 juices a day (20 oz)...so happy to have found this group!

End of day 30... Well , what a journey my fellow rebooters! For three weeks i pretty much juiced only, and the last 7 days, i ate some cooked food, in small quantities. I feel great, still. My body does not like the cooked food, it rejects it almost immediately I eat, lol.

No weigh in for me, in fact I got rid of the scale altogether , and not weighing myself anymore. I've decided it's not worth it, because it's not about the weight, it's about my health, and what i put in my mouth, how i nourish my cells.

From hereon, I will still juice, (in fact for as long as I live) and eat lots of fruits and some leafy greens. I love my chicken, fish and gambas, so i will always have some, whenever i want it, and the other good stuff i will keep bringing in will make the difference between now and the old me.

The reboot was great - its immediate benefits and what i learned from it - but I won't do it again: any form of restriction will send your body to stock up if/when you resume eating. So... I chose to definitely include the "reboot style" in my life, simple. No "after reboot" for me, juicing+fruits and veggies is now 70% of my diet.

Nature HAS ALL THE ANSWERS, and i know my body gradually shift to healthier choices, as far as cravings. Not looking forward to become vegan, vegetarian or anything, because for me, any type of exclusiveness is somehow restrictive to the body, which would still be some form of mental struggle. My body, my choice!

So that's me, from now on! Juice on friends, it was great doing this with y'all, and many, many, many thanks for the sharing and awesome support. I will keep checking in, because this was such an important part of my journey towards a healthier me. :)

End of day 28, I had my juices today, and forgot to drink my coconut water, been very busy with the family, and this evening, I have a headache... that i did not even experience in the beginning. Don't know if it's related to me not drinking the coco water, or with the food i ate yesterday... well, I will sleep it off, and hope tomorrow i feel better. 2more days before my final weigh in, and from there, i will no longer be rebooting, just juicing, as part of my normal diet. Excited and intrigued to see how my body will handle juicing+food. Juice on, friends! -

End of day 27, I ate some cooked food today - my hubby cooked some fish and veggies with sweet potatoes, it was delicious! I could'nt eat much, I found out I was full after a few bites, now I'm about to drink my last juice of the day, then i'll finish up with my evening yoga practice. I hope you all are good! Juice on!
