Its been a slippery slope full of inconsistency, but I feel amazing! My energy level is through the roof and Im able to better manage the chaos that is my job.

And last night as I was walking around in yoga pants and a tank, my son looked at me and said, "Mom, wow! You've lost more weight...lookin' good!" Best reinforcement EVER!

Looking forward to a juicy October too!

    Hey everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well and staying focused. I've been juicing for 37 days. I'm down 23.5 lbs. There are 7 more days to the end of this challenge. It hasn't been easy & I have faltered approximately 5 days out of 37. I am happy about my weight loss & hope to keep losing. I must say that I feel a bit "bored" with the juicing & need to rekindle my enthusiasm. Any suggestions?

Are you sticking to the same recipes? If you are try mixing it up a bit with some new ones. Your taste buds will be changing so you might like something you didn't used to by now too! Well done on the 37 days - fantastic!!

Tara that is amazing! The juicing stats and the weight loss. I too struggle with boredom from time to time. When I start to feel complacent I just watch Joe and Phil again. That along with Hungry For Change always revives my juicing ambitions. =D

    Hello everyone

I am now on day 15 and down 14.5 pound i can definitely say it hasn't been easy but i have made it past the half way mark. After watching the second movie i can say that life after the reboot will be the hardest part. Its already hard to stay on track and not fall back into it . My goal is to eventually get to the point where i am not tempted and can balance after coming off the reboot keep going september is almost over !!!!

A gorgeous Monday in SK Canada. Feeling like I'm on the edge of a slip and I just won't have that. I hear those familiar compromises starting to attack. So I have come here to stay engaged in my committment instead of just passively reading all of your comments. I am needing to take charge to say no out loud(er) and a whole lot more confidently. Changing my attitude so that I am not so much saying no to other people but in fact I am saying yes to me!

For anyone else who is feeling the challenge on the juice detox, stay strong people. We are so worth it. We make about 200 food decisions in a day. Keeping our weigh loss (or health issue) in mind, that's a tremendous number of great decisions we make every single day!!

I wish I can said I'm great Its really really hard to focus on my juicing my husband and closest friends thinks I don't need to lose that much weight and Im perfectly fine.....but they dont get it. this is about how I feel inside how unhappy I am every time i see myself in the mirror (I weight exactly the same before i get birth my second child!!!! and i put a lot of extra pounds in that pregnancy )this is about been healthy, and feeling good with myself . who cares about what all ppl think this is my battle ,my journey to take me where i want to be....

Cloclo ~ I get it. It's about being able to love the woman you see in the mirror. Hang in there. Yoiu can do this.

Michelle, don't beat yourself up over a setback. We all have had them and most likes will have them again. Just remember its a journey and we are not perfect people. I know we compare ourselves to those whose will and discipline are strong. But remember, there are also those who can't even start!!! We have stated the journey, YOU have started the journey to a healthy lifestyle. You know you have already done good to your body. Make amends with yourself, forgive yourself and look in the mirror and tell yourself you are a wonderful, and beautiful human being!!! Then continue on your journey. Don't look back, as a wise person one said, because that's not where you're going!!! ( or something like that) Tomorrow is another day!!!!

Today is day 18 and I'm not being the rock star juicer that I had hoped I'd be. I've really been letting a stressor rule my success or lack there of.

I am, however, still primarily juicing everyday, just not exclusively. Im really bummed about it. But my strength and will seems to weak. But again, juicing remains my primary!

Michelle ~ you're a rock star simply for pushing on. Each day you get up and decide to start your day with juice. Sometimes, that's the best we can do until that lightbulb suddenly flashes on. Keeping chugging along, girl...you can do it!

    Cheers, Kate
