    2 meals of juice and dinner is normal food. Still loosing weight but not as quick. Instead of 2 lbs a day it is about 3 lbs a week. Still have lots more energy. Lots more. As long as I do not gain weight I am happy. I plan to do another 10 day juice fast starting Oct 13th.

    I was inspired by the Joe Cross Doc/Movie on Netflix just like tons of other people. I find this site very helpful. I have been juicing for a couple weeks now and have lost about 20lbs. I need to loose about 50 more to be where I feel I should be. My hope is that I can do this long enough to see the result I want.



    I plan to use this group to help myself (and others) meet their goals!!
