    Hello everyone

I am now on day 25 of my 60 day cure. Have not got less pain yet, but I hope that it comes.

How long were you on the cure before you noticed a change in relation to your pain?

However, I have lost a lot of kilos. Have lost 28 kg for the last 9 months. Half of the reduction occurred in the 25 days I now have juicet. So it must be said to be an effective cure. However, pain reduction is the most important and I hope that the juice will have a good effect on those.

I drink 2-3 liters of juice a day. about 80 percent vegetables and 20 percent fruit. Without this I eat some vegetables and fruits to get something in your stomach. Eating some nuts also when they are healthy. And drink some healthy oil (olive oil, coconut oil and fish oil ...

Do you have any suggestions as to what else I can eat / drink to help my pain reduction on the way?

    Hello everyone

I've been drinking juice for a few weeks now. However, I have not only been drinking juice, but also eaten plain food. Today is my first day with only juice. I plan to take 30 days with juice, where I also eat vegetables to get something in my stomach. Am I ready for more after the 30 days - then I take another 30 days. Hope that the juice can get my pain and fatigue away :-)

    Hello everyone :-)

I am new to this group. I have fibromyalgia and this I am obviously not happy about.

Do you experience a reduction in your pain and fatigue when juicing?

Which juice is the best to deetox your body?

I'm from Denmark so my English is not so good :-)

I am doing a juice only fast. Among other conditions I have chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. I am thrilled that my pain is gone! The relentless, utter exhaustion has lifted as well. I do not yet have the boundless energy that so many experience, but my energy levels have noticeably improved. I have also had numerous other improvements to my health, all very thrilling for me. Juicing rocks!

Hello Sophie! I'm so happy that the juicing has helped you with your pain and your exhaustion. How long have you been juicing and what kinds of juice did/do you drink?

Thank you Michael! I am day 41 of my juice only plan, not sure how long I will go. I try to stick with the 80% veg / 20% fruit recommendation. I drink a variety of juices from recipes in Joe Cross's book Reboot with Joe Juice Diet, trying to drink and juice the rainbow over the week. I only juice once a day and make a big batch, which I store in 16oz mason jars in the fridge. Today started with red (Gazpacho), tonight I'll make a green (Mean Green) which will last through part of tomorrow, then I'll make an orange colored juice, then a green, then a yellow, etc. I alternate green with another color and rotate through. That is the best I can do at this point, and it is working very well for me so far - feeling much better and losing weight. I hope this helps!

    Hej Sophie

    Thank you for sharing :-)

I bought a new slow juicer today. The old was not good. Have tried the new and it works really fine.

I have started to juice, but should just celebrate my birthday on Thursday and then I will start up with the juice full time :-)

The reboot will help with the fibormyalgia. My hubby and I did a 50 day juice only reboot. I was diagnosed back in 1998 chronic fatigue and then 1999 got the diagnosed with fibormyalgia by my rheumatologist. After the reboot we went to a plant based eating plan. I am taking no meds for fibormyalgia any more. The pain has pretty much gone. Last night probably due to the rain we are getting in Houston. We have a lot of flooding going on. Most of the pain I have is from my ankle that I broke and surgery on. I also have some arthritis in my back due some car accidents I had years ago. It is getting better also. Stick to your juicing you will see a lot of benefits. If I can help, please let me know. Congrats on choosing juicing to help you to better health.

Hey folks! I am planning to do a 30 day reboot starting April 1st - NO JOKE! ;) I am a 33 year old living in Qatar. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 2 years ago and have made a great recovery. I have already started to reduce my gabepentin and am on very little NSAIDS so I think the reboot will be a great 'next phase' when it comes to managing this condition. I am a veggie and usually eat a very well balanced diet and lots of fruits and veg but I have 0 willpower so when the weekend comes it's out with friends, food and drink and temptation is on every corner here so it's going to be a HUGE challenge, especially managing the social aspect of things! Wish me luck and all the best to all of you on your journeys too!!! x

Hello group, I joined today after watching Netflix show and being inspired. I have tried juicing before and felt better but didn't know what to do with all the energy. Also getting started is the hardest because some days I can't even get out of bed. Any suggestions for shortcuts or advice is appreciated :)

I understand you vety well. Some days it goes and after it comes again, always worse,as if I had a huge stone on my body and that gravity is so intense that I have no strength to lift a finger, until it is exhausted to breath. No worse than the pain but the pain.is continuos also. I didnt find many answers to calm it. Maybe I am a bit better if I dont eat sugar and procesed food but I dont eat it often, not even once at month :-( I improve when I am juicing mix with good protein, no milk also.

I know it is frustrating... And I also know that any doctor knows how to cure it.

    Hugs!
