I'm on the 5-days reboot plan, and today is day 4. I had a lot of cravings the first night, but it's not that bad now. Or... I can't stop thinking about chips, chocolate and Coca Cola etc. etc., but I can control it.

I'm just looking forward to get through this so I can't eat something again. I am really hungry, tired and weak and today I've got a headache. I thought that I would've had a lot energy by now?

I was wondering... Why is it you can't eat, let's say, an apple while rebooting?

And would it ruin my reboot if I ate and apple right now? I'm really hungry and I don't feel so good...

I will and can be a support for you through your journey, if you so choose. I am currently on day 138 of my 150 day juice fast. So if I wasn't already so far along in my....long journey I would gladly start another 30 day reboort. What I can do is share tips, my personal experiences, and provide honest, realistic encouragement. I guarantee you if you take the plunge, and reboot, you won't regret it.

Congrats Josie! Did you exercise at all during your fast? Or was this all exercise-less? Either way your results are good. How has your body adjusted to eating food again?

You want more energy and you want to be healthier? There is no better place you could have come to seek this out. Seriously. I wish I would have found out about Juicing much sooner in my life. I can't live without it now. Welcome =)

Hey guys, my name is Josie, I am 24 years old. I'm pretty new to this site, I saw both of Joes Movies as well as most of you here. I am on day 14 of my juice fast. The first day was not as bad as I thought it would be, the second day was a nightmare, I had a migraine for almost 5 hours but after that it was smooth sailing. I didn't even think about food...until day 12, that's when the cravings began and the doubts and temptations became even stronger ( I even considered eating a bite of ice cream and chasing it with juice LOL trying to trick my body). BUT....I didn't give in, I was out of veggies so I went to the farmers market and bought some new things to try like dandelion and sunflower greens, green chard, and figs in addition to my usual shopping list. I have lost 9 pounds so far which is pretty great considering my slow thyroid. I also have many allergies which haven't bothered me since I started juicing. My goal is to complete 30 days! Almost halfway there :)

Heather don't give up. People are all different. Some people are sick for a week during initial detox phases. Some people are even sick for two weeks. Some people such as myself have no negative symptoms during any days of detox. It just really depends on the person. Don't give up I promise you there is light at the end of the tunnel. You will never have felt this good in your entire life. You just need to get through the "Hell-weeks"!

Hi, my name is Crystal. I'm new here and not sure where to start. I'm actually watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 2 right now. It's pretty interesting and I'm thinking about trying it. I joined to kind of feel my way around before I decide.

I have a very hard time sticking to a diet. I actually started one a few weeks ago. I lost 5 pounds but shortly after finding out I lost some weight, I gained it all back and went off the diet. It's very hard to stick to a diet because of a lot of things.

I take care of elderly or disabled persons in their homes. With my current client I am to go out to eat with him every day, which creates a major dent in dieting. There aren't many if any healthy choices at fast food places. I don't have time to put together a healthy snack and sometimes I don't even get to eat them if I take them to work.

I can't go to a gym because I don't have any time. I have two kids and my day to day life is just being here with them, work, and back home. I also have very bad anxiety. It's so bad that I can't even go out in public and eat by myself. I have to distract myself by being on the phone or just taking the meal home.

I also have liver disease and hypoglycemia. So I can't skip meals, but now because of my liver I get sick off of most of what I eat. I even became sick after eating a salad. Gluten free foods fair better, but I'm still getting sick. I'm supposed to go back and see a specialist soon.

I also have a lot of stress in my life. Between work, kids, family drama, and me trying to hold the reins on everything; I just never have time for myself. Or when I do, I usually get sucked into computer games or just being lazy because otherwise I never relax.

I'm not losing weight, I actually gain weight all the time. I feel like a failure. I'm so tired of being fat and feeling like everyone is making fun of me. My biggest fear is that one of these days, I'm going to have a heart attack from being obese and my kids are going to lose me.

Crystal, first off congratulations on even considering making this kind of lifestyle change! It is a big commitment, but one I am hoping will pay out more than what I put into it. It is a bit concerning to hear you have all this stress in your life, but everyone has stress! No one persons stress is more than another, it is all relative to your life and what you choose to do with it. Instead of thinking of working out as something that you have to go and do by yourself, consider doing something fun and active with your children, even if it is just a walk around your neighborhood! I hope you consider giving a reboot a shot!

Crystal I don't know if you still log on to this website but none the less I'll give this a shot. I promise you, hand on my heart, as someone who has done this for over 100 days on nothing but Juice, I have never felt physically and emotionally better in my entire life. I have cleared up a long list of problems. I notice you said you are hypoglycemic? You can cure this! You have watched Fat Sick and nearly Dead 1&2 but have you heard of or watched Super Juice Me by Jason Vale? Please please please watch all of these documentaries more then once. Soak them in to your soul and I promise you won't regret taking a leap a faith that I and many thousands have. It will be one of the biggest (And easiest for some people) things you can ever to do reclaim your body and mind. You WILL and can get healtheir. I am living proof. And many others are too. I am always here for questions and/or concerns.
