Hey iamFIT : I have days like that too (that I feel stressed out by the huge amount of thing I have to do). For me, If I start by making a list of what needs to be done and start by doing smaller thing I feel I can have things done way better.

We found a home in Az, and it will be built next year. So we have to go back there now to choose flooring, colors, tile granite etc. I think we may just chose wall colors to be neutral for now, we can always repaint as we will probably be buying new furniture. We have been talking about leaving Ca for a few years now, and have not replaced anything except for a table on the deck which will be coming with us. After we get back from Az I am planning a full detox with supplements It lasts 10 days so I will be juicing the first 10 days and I am thinking I will probably go on to day 15 at least before I transition, this time of year is easier to juice due to warm weather. I think when we get to Az since it is so hot in the summers and I won't have a big 5 acres to tend I will have time to make juices everyday if I want to have them super fresh. I imagine putting together juice recipes in bags like I had in the past so I could just pull out the ingredients and juice it all up that was the easy way for me. Come home from the market, Pour the fruit and veg in the sink cover with water add vinegar and let soak. Put everything else away, then sort the produce and bag and label each bag before it goes in the fridge. Makes it easier to juice if it is all together.

Day 6 and feeling pretty good today. I feel like the energy and focus might be coming back. That caffeine detox always takes awhile....so far I've been juicing way better than in the past. Truthfully, I think it was because I started right in with the juice and didn't do the 5 day transition that you do on a guided (5 days of fruits and veggies). In previous reboots I'd usually do juice only for two or so days and then every third day or so have avocado or fruit. That is fine, too, and I recommend that to anyone who feels like they've had it with the juice. Half an avocado with onion, that was my go to. But so far this time I've somehow been ok with just juice. I think the coconut water helps a lot. I'm knocking that back like there's no tomorrow. Juice on, most excellent group!

Looks like you are doing fantastic:) After day 3-5 usually the good days arrive, filled with energy and clear head. Enjoy them. And drink lots of juice. Coconut water is really good and it makes juicing easier for me too.
