happy juicers, sometimes i reach a breaking point, i did, i calculated, june 6 is a written and entrance and stressful period, my friend suggested, i let it go, as in don't take stress, if you do get through this term, i can always try the next, the next, that is what worked with me during juicing, , i used to think, why am i not losing weight, and all that stress, it happens because i was seeking motivation from outside rather than inside, . besides, i had enough of listen to cribbing complaining stories of others as to how bad their lives are., so i decided , enough is enough, take charge of my life and health. by trail and error i always found juicing works for me.i would juice till may 31, then off for a month and can restart on july .this time i am trying to and seem to get an hang on health eating. yesterday night, i cried and cried, , i don't know, it was asif, what my life could have been, , but that is what they say, make the full of regrets, to regret deeply is to start afresh. people around me might not "like" the new assertive me, but i am trying.my mom is at home, i just lock myself in my room and read.

hello happy juicers, was busy with a hospital visit, it made me so fatigued, emotionally, you all know, i hate visiting hospitals, it triggers all the bad memories, the place i like to be is like SUnny rains, AND hope to walk and walk, sit by a beach side and paint.

now i have only 2 things to do, juice the next whole month ,and read, study prepare for an entrance exam, take in, naturally they have to access, if i can do it. how are you juicers doing. my next weigh in is on 30th april.so glad that the MOTIVATORS, WORLDWIDE is gonna be back.it is his saying, if not now then when , made me try to get back to college.

soose, i had to go through all those old papers and admission forms and rejection letters , it was so emotionally draining, but it made me sit up and decide , yes i can try.

happy juicers, good day,LILLY, i stick to only happy juicing, cause it has been there from the year 2017, the first time i did the reboot correctly, and did not face hair loss or tiredness, cause i had people write down what to juice some were even sharing recipes, slowly slowly i started writing down my health issues, people started writing theirs, then there were people sharing their life stories and journeys, some younger ones about their relationships problems, there was KRISTIN, who is a good counsellor, etc, and many motivators, the thing is i think they stuck to their plans and could do physical activity and exercise, but my health unfortunately deteriorated and i could not lift my arm and was hospitalised, and personal problems took over in 2017, 2018, now i decided enough is enough, i need to go back to school and get my degree.i need not use my health as an excuse.i am loyal to this group, besides our leader, mentor , sunny rain had lot of experience in juicing, now i don't feel shy or ashamed of my health struggle, and weight loss struggles or the body shaming i get from my cousins etc.i know i can, in your face, i think i would go for this years, christmas family gathering, what ya say? juicing today and off i go to fill the college form online.

I finished my degree online a few years ago! You just have to stay focused and make time for the computer and classes be there daily to make comments on what other people are posting about. Awesome experience, I missed it when I finished it had become a big part of my life, the only downfall was I exercised less because of all of the time I spent in class work. I was determined to make all A's You will never regret it!
