Hi everyone. I'm new to the site. Today is my first day in my 30-day plan. Normally I LOVE vegetables and eat them on a regular basis, so the whole veggie and fruit thing doesn't worry me too much. I do have a bad habit of eating even when I'm not hungry though, and I've struggled with resisting cravings. This fast is more about kicking old habits and refocusing my eating habits than it is losing weight. I have struggled with losing weight, even though I'm active, I work out three times a week and drink only water, but I think those small treats I give myself hold me back more than I'd like to admit. I've joined with the hope that I will meet others who struggle like I do, and hope to hear how they overcome their bad habits so that I can stay encouraged and motivated.

the biggest mistake I made with my 1st reboot was I looked so forward to achieving my goal of doing a 15day reboot I didn't cheat once but kept looking so forward to how I was going to reward myself with no plan of after then I found out on day 13 that you need to start eating again slowly with smoothies and fruit like the 1st five days of a reboot but I'm sure you guys already know this and have a game plan for after your 15, 30 or 60 days.

Oh my wooorrdddd.... It is DAY 9- Why do I still have cravings? Last night I went downstairs to pack my daughter's lunch and the BROWNIES in the microwave were literally TAUNTING me with their warm chocolate goodness. I resisted, but MANNNNN was I white knuckling it! Down 9 lbs.... that is something. 30 days can't come quick enough!

Hi all. Day 9 here. Feeling great. Just craving something warm on these so cold days--solution, a cup of vegetable broth. Still taking one day at a time. 30 days will be here before we know it. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi day 7 here. Last night at my family dinner at a restaurant I ate onion soup broth and a little bit of steam carrots and broccoli and I felt really good about it!! My family totally teased me the whole time (eye roll) but I made it through dinner and 2 dessert rounds- yes 2! I'm super proud of myself :) And my stomach seems to be fine with it today, which was my big worry lol Keep on juicing!!

welcome all its necie to see so many motivated group . finally we have to do something for ourselves. all my life i was worrying about helping others i still do but now i put myself first. what i can help you is to say keep juicing whatever life throws at you, there will be many temptations you just have to tell you self that keep going thats another obstacle. for me juicing so far was amazing no headaches, dizziness or any other side effects. no I'm lying i had couple of days that o was cold so bit it up putting extra layer of clothing. after 2 weeks since i seen my friend Alex she finally cam yesterday and she was shock how good i look. i think thats what i needed. also while driving my husband took my hand and notices that my engagement ring and wedding band its almost falling from my finger. everyday i tell him my progress (he doesn't know how much i weight but he knows i was loosing a pound a day, and not loosing ) he seen me frustrated or disappointed and he said " even you don't loose weight on the scale for day or 2 but i see you hands are getting smaller. i didnt see that your rings were falling off 4 days ago" that was nice of him :) we will se what tomorrow will bring feeling positive

Have you thought about bringing something with you and just ordering some hot water ?(Bring your own tea bag, if you want, or ask for lemon).

Hi! I am new to the group. I'm on day 5 of my 30 day reboot. Thankfully I am past the headaches and hunger cravings and feeling great :) I am a bit nervous about the weekend approaching. That always seems to be the worse time for me when I am lounging around the house and tempted to snack. It's great reading everyones similar experiences :)

On day 5 here too. Found a nice recipe that helped me with better elimination and energy from Lou Corona's website. It's the lemon blaster. I already had all the ingredients so I just whipped it up. Boy, did it lift me and clean me out! I made 2 quarts and drank one for lunch and then dinner. I am going to make this a staple during my 30 days. One day at a time juicers!

I am on day 6 and I strategically planned to have my first 5 days during the week while my kids were at school... what's that saying? Man plans, God laughs?? lol My kids have been home since Tuesday due to snow, so it has been one lonnnnng weekend. I have just had to remain super focused and on top of my own food options. I am not making their lunch/dinner until I have my own in my hand. :) If you can make it past the first 3-4 days, the weekend will be a cake walk... I mean JUICE WALK. JUICE ON! You got this!
