I loved Jens comment we are all looking for support but it seems when we're not doing good or cheating we stop posting, G U I L T Y!!! I think it's because we don't want to discourage anybody but we need to hear the positive and the negative.I have decided to try healthy wage to keep me more motivated nothing like putting up money for motivation. My bet is $150 a month for 6 months = $900 and when I lose 100 lbs I will win $1600 + my $900 = 2500 whooooo Hoo and if anyone joins and gives them my email ddkoldbear@yahoo.com they will add $20 to my bet. Believe me I'm motivated now.

I am on day 17 of a 42 day reboot. I started cold and have been juicing since day one (we ate pretty healthy foods before that and I DID go off my diet Coke two weeks before). The first was hard, but now I am in a groove! I am down 15 pounds and find that I am not craving the food I am fixing for my family. I joined a reboot discussion group and that support really helped me through the first couple of weeks...but the frequency of posts has decreased dramatically the last few days. I am looking for some more committed reboot friends to keep my motivation up. Hopefully I find some great ideas with all of you! Have a great day...I am happy to join your group!

Hey Jen! I have definitely I had a 2 day set back and had to start all over, so I am only on day 12 of juice only. Yesterday was difficult- I find the weekends are harder for me because my kids are all home and wanting me to cook them yummy foods. I didn't cheat at all, but all I could think of all day was FOOOOOD. Today has been much better and my belief in the process has been restored. Juice on!

Day 7...I've lost a total of 7 lbs now. A bit of a challenging afternoon, hanging around in the kitchen while my hubby cooked. He was preparing really healthy food, so it's not like I was drooling over a greasy burger....I really just could have gone for some cucumber slices with lemon. I think the cravings are hitting a bit harder today in general. maybe this is my first "hump" I've got to get over. Treated myself to some veggie pulp broth and added a squeeze of lemon and basil. Really helped with the craving.

By the way my son liked the cucumbers with just a dash of salt-thought the lemon was too sour lol. Also made him and the hubby a pitcher of the double Double Citrus Carrot Juice this morning. It was gone by 3pm! I'm sure the weight loss will taper off here soon cuz I won't be working out until next Monday cuz of weather and cancelled class :-(

Day six...hubby couldn't go through with it. It was more to encourage me but he was dropping weight way too fast and he's already very lean! He lost almost 6 pounds in two days :-( But he said he'd still do at least a juice a day AND he said he'll do the cooking for a month to help out. I feel pretty strong still so I told him I could handle it but then I accepted it cuz when will I ever get a free month's pass from the kitchen!! Lolol

By the way-lost another pound. That makes 6 total and my spin class went very well! I believe the post and preworkout juice recipes loaded with beets really boosted my energyand provided the electrolytes I needed to ward off the cramps in my feet and abdomen. just need to make sure I drink more water.

Day 14 and I'm a bit tired. While I was juicing my sister and her whole family sat at the table eating fast food and cookies, sigh. I really don't want to eat the fast food it was just kinda rude lol Oh well, life goes on! :) Juice it up!

Day 5...hubby has joined me for a 10 juicing plan :-) helps out with not having to be cooking all day lol Lost 5 lbs total, and still feeling great! Just gonna try to stay juiced up today so that I have plenty of energy for tomorrow morning's intense workout!

Day 13 and I'm feeling strong! Loving the green juice. Made a green pear, green apple, spinach, parsley, mustard greens juice and it was soooo good! :D
