When I was anxious over the bruising that my body was getting out of no where I modified my juice fast to be more of a reboot plan but with mainly juice. It seems to be working for me, I'm happy to say that I weighed myself and am down 2 pounds which doesn't sound like much but I'm very happy with it :) about to drink a green juice and another liter of water :)

So my personal trainer friend told me that if you're trying to detox/lose weight you need a lot of water and to find out how much he told me to take my weight and divide that number in half. The number that is half your weight is the amount in ounces you need to at LEAST be drinking in a day, he of course said doing more is even better. I need a little over 3 liters a day but it's hard for me to keep track of so I got a water bottle that's a liter and I aim for drinking 3 or hopefully 4 of them a day. It's helped me boost my water intake so I wanted to share in case anyone else finds it useful :)

Started Dec. 2 and am down 10 lbs. so far. It is super cold out so I have been using a small piece of veggie bouillon with the hot water instead of lemon. Does anyone see as how this might be a problem? I feel the weight loss has slowed and am thinking maybe the sodium is doing this.

I think you're right on the mark about the sodium, Validap.

Would it be alright for me to join even though I'm starting late? I have been juicing for a couple weeks but still eating, and thanksgiving was a disaster for my diet so now that I'm full of cravings I think its time to do a total reboot and my goal is 30 days.

Day 1 was great! I have a pic on my phone as motivation and every time my mind wanders I look at it and go....nope, no junk for me if I want this to become a reality! It's working so far =)

Sitting here with my water getting ready to make a juice. I'm tempted to step on the scale, but I had taken the batteries out and I forget where I put them =) It's better this way. I will see a loss and then go "oh well I lost10 lbs, lets go eat junk" and I gain it all back. I typically lose a lb/day juicing, so I'm hoping to be 175 by New Years =)
