Long time no see friends. How is everyone doing? Been away too long myself. Started another reboot yesterday. Gained some weight back I had lost on my last reboot but still much better than I was when I started that first reboot.

Hi Chris . Nice to hear from you. Its been long. I'm on day 2/15 day challenge. I joined a support group a while back, that's in May and we did 30 days challenge with over 1700 participants across the globe. This was one great experience and from it about 400 of us were selected to be part of a support group. I'm happy to be in it.

    Check out these groups on Facebook and join if you wish to;

    1. Juicing Journeys Questions & Answers & People doing it.

    2. JSN Juicing Event Support

So this is now Event # 3 which kicked off 2 days ago.

    Good luck and Juice On!

    Hi everyone,

Feel like I've been away for quite sometimes. Heidi, Lovessa, RestoredHealth seems like you're all doing great, hope the same applies to the rest of the team.

I joined 30 day juice challenge with over 1700 juicers . We are on day 10 and it actually feels great having juicing experts like Jo Allen, Carlos Vargas, Papoute, Jose Roberto & Bobby Brennan take us through the journey.

    How's everyone ? What's new what's next? Wish you all a lovely weekend .

My lunch from Dig Inn today. Delicious vegetable platter with bulgar wheat. I did not cook yesterday but will tonight but it's great when you can purchase organic healthy food.

    Good Afternoon Guys!!

Well... yesterday (Sunday, 5/31), there was a street festival in my neighborhood so I decided to get a steak sandwich Peruvian style, and ate about 3 bites with the bread and then picked off the meat and at it by itself until finished. I then went to the Greek stand and got a lamb gyro, but only ate the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onions with white sauce (tzitzitki) and hot sauce. After eating the second dish, I was a little uncomfortable with my stomach, so when I got home, I made a drink with Green Vibrance and Citrus-Cucumber Vibrance to settle my stomach, which it did.

Around 11ish last night, I did eat a few Way Better Snacks multi-grain corn tortilla chips (non-GMO) and a few Stacy's whole grain Pita chips, but really restricted myself from eating too many.... so, other than this past weekend eating some chips with my hummus, I have been good for the most part. I tried eating a little Fage 0% fat yogurt last night and after eating about a spoonful which I had mixed into my unsweetened vanilla almond milk with unsweetened Hershey's cocoa, I threw the whole thing out!!!

Today, I did a good workout at home and feel good that I am finally getting back to my routine. I made some chia seeds mixed with almond milk, honey and mango pieces for my late morning snack and now eating some butternut squash with the same tortilla chips and maybe may eat a few pita chips, but trying to keep it to a minimum, as I did not bring celery pieces to work today. I will be eating from Dig In for lunch today - most likely the veggie plate, as I did not bring food from home.

I'll probably make a nice big salad tonight when I get home for lunch the next two days along with some fresh hummus to get me through the next few days too.

I hope to put in my grocery order on Wednesday and get some veggies and fruit so that I can start juicing again, as I miss my juices and want to drink more of them on a daily basis.

Hope you are all well. Juice on!

Hi everyone, its Thursday morning, with 45 days to go. I'm not certain why this has been such a struggle this go round, if its lack of rhythm, just kids home from school, weather up & down. Or if it was just the 45 days of not juicing in between. I have yet to get all my juices in. I'm not giving up though everyday I'll do better. My weights been up & down....keep loosing the same 3 lbs so that's my goal for this week, measure & say a final farewell to the 3 stinking lbs. Will post on Sunday after weigh in. Happy weekend to all!

Lovessa, as long as you are eating/juicing healthy, that's all that counts, as it is better than doing nothing or doing the opposite. Joe says that at least once juice a day does wonders versus none at all, so you are on the right track. Much success to your journey.

I haven't heard about that, have you given it a shot? Is cumin dried cilantro? I don't know why I think that.... Maybe i read it somewhere? Good luck, I'd be curious to know if it works!

54 days to go. I really struggled sleeping last night. Hoping that wont weaken my choices at lunch today. Im preping my juice now, but temptation will be all arpund as we meet my brother for lunch.

I really need to concentrate my energy in getting to bed at a decent hour to really allow the juicing to take full effect.

Will get my run in tonight. Hope everyone has a terrific day!

    Hello hello

Glad your doing so well Dee, RestoredHealth, Heidi glad your felling better.

I'm waiting for my 2 year old to wake so I can get my juice on and run in. Had a great streak week before last then last week sickness hit my youngest and well back on track today! Looks like the weather will agree for the week as well. Its been in the 80s but suppose to drop back to 60s looking forward to that!

Well I finally got a goal, my reunion is coming up July 11 so looking forward to struting my thinner frame at that with a bday to follow. Still struggling with the same 20 I'm loosing and gaining these 5lbs to no end. But I'm determined this week to kick them to the curb for good.

I loved your checking everyday Heidi I think that will help me stay accountable so I'll post daily.

    Happy Monday everyone!

    Lovessa :-)

Lovessa, glad to hear that you are in good spirits and that your child is better. I still have a cough although it's not as bad as before and still have congestion, but it is clear, more of a nuisance now. Still have running nose and occasionally watery eyes. The allergies are bad in my neck of the woods.

Hope the rest of you are having a good start to your week!!
