Hi all ! - am back, YAY! How did you all do? or are doing? I was telling Tara that I was a bit envious that I couldn't stay on with you. I will not beat myself up, but gained 5 lbs., back. So what is everyone's status?

Seerina , most people will be able to help you. We were all beginners at one stage.

Just to help you out start with the following:

Drink minimum 4 x 16 - 20 oz juices each day. Make sure the juices are 80/20 vegetable / fruit ratio. Yes you can mix them. Drink an additional minimum 64 oz liquid including mainly water, coconut water ( mid morning) , lemon and ginger water upon rising, and a herbal tea - caffeine free- at night. Take the juices about every 3 hrs. If you need more juices drink more, or more water. Go to JOes tabs ... So much info.. Good plans as well as recipes. Fill your jars right to the top with a lid if you are storing them in the fridge to aboid oxidation and hence loss of nutrients.

This is just for starters. If you need any more help just call out.

Hi Terry and welcome to our post-reboot group.

Regarding the survey, yes I agree we did not get too much guidance, basically Rhaya did not tell us anything that was not in the book ( which I already had anyway). But doing the reboot with others was really helpful for me, and a great way to kick off the summer ( I'm a teacher).

Hope you stay on track during your holiday. Take care

Welcome Teresa! Now we are 3. And I agree, Tara found a beautiful icon, that says it all. If we continue to love and cherish what fresh veggies and fruit can do for us, at least that part of our lives should be on track. ( with 4 boys, there are other things that can go OFF track, but at least I am on a good track, health wise! :)

I am going to try to maintain the weight I lost through the reboot so I am cautiously eating, and yes, starting with that ginger lemon thing in the morning. My favorite juice has carrots and ginger as well, Teresa. I am sort of winging it now, and juicing what needs to be used in my fridge. Didn't you both find it hard to store all that food?

    Have a great day!

    Hi Tara,

I love the icon!!! Wow, that is so great, where did you find it? I want to get a t-shirt with that picture on it. I am so in love with veggies now, have not had anything but fruits and veg even though I am using my teeth again. How about you?
